We own a VRBO on Hutchinson Island, our dryer had taken a digger on a Sunday and our next renters were checking in on Monday. My husband got online and message BTP, they promptly responded and made an appointment with us for Monday morning. Even up until they arrived for the appointment the communication between the two of us was above and beyond! The BTP technician Gary was able to diagnose the problem and suggested us to replace the belt while having the dryer torn apart. (Excellent suggestion saving us $$$$) Gary was able to come back on the following Wednesday with the parts, only to find another broken part on the dryer in which he went straight back to the shop picked it up and was able to have the dryer repaired that day. They even allowed me to pay the balance over the phone. This experience has got to be one of the best with being the fastest repair and communication throughout was fantastic. Today I replaced it and found that they had a 15 amp in a 20 amp plug. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
