They are so kind, knowledgeable, gentle and most of all, they give you options. They ask you what you're comfortable with, and help you chose what is best for you. They don't push unnecessary things on you. You can tell that their main goal, is you being comfortable and leaving happy. The staff was so nice, and we had a good time chatting, I felt at home. From putting chapstick on your numb lips, to easing your fears, making you laugh, and checking on you when you're home... all the little things, they do. I asked why and was told in case I need a prescription which seemed odd. I told them I didn't feel comfortable with that so lady checked with doctor and was told they would not treat me without taking a copy of the front and back of my drivers license - seemed odd to me so I had to leave. Not sure why they couldn't just look at my license without keeping photos.

Once you get your finances together & ready to reschedule, please call in to talk to our office manager. we cannot continue down the path of always rescheduling & cancelling your appt's. Most night guards, crowns, retainers , etc can be made without the need for traditional impression materials. The saying " a picture is worth a 1000 words" holds true when you see a leaking filling or a fractured tooth on the screen when a special intra-oral camera is used during the exam. Maybe best of all, dental injections can be avoided when cavities are diagnosed and treated early using the dental laser. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable and caring. I called several places who did not have appointments until April and the majority of them said they don't do cleanings on the initial visit. I called Hamburg Expressions and explained my situation, they were able to get me in the next day. From the time I arrived until my visit ended, my experience was amazing. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and kind. The atmosphere was relaxing and the space I was in was clean. I received a very thorough cleaning, I did not feel like they were rushing me out the door, like I have felt at other places. Even my 8 year old who was with me said, she wanted to go there too! I can definitely say I found my regular dentist, I scheduled my 6 month appointment, and can't wait to go back! I would highly recommend!

I noticed that the bare…read moreminimum was always done, and when the hygienist asked about some cavities I had that needed filling it was slid over very quickly. But I was taking care of a dying mother so I really didn't take time to ask too many questions so when I went back 6 months later I asked about those and I was just told my insurance didn't pay for that. So essentially they were letting them right out of my head until they could give me the dentures that Medicaid will pay for. I found a way to pay for a grand out of pocket to get crowns put on to the teeth that needed it. And those didn't even get sealed properly you can feel the seam with the tongue. I didn't know that shouldn't be how it is. I went back to ask a dentist who was substituting the day I was there about why I didn't feel exactly right he tapped on my tooth, to ask me if it hurt, and when it didn't he said you're fine then. Good to go. I recommend going to third and smiles over by kroger. They're not cheap but they actually do quality work. Mortenson messed me up very well. If I ever end up having to be on Medicaid again, I'll do something else or just not go at all. You might as well not. Let them right out of your head until you need dentures. That's what they're going to do.

Dr. Ria Eugenio does not show any care for her patients - she just goes through the motions and hurries through each encounter, making MANY, SERIOUS mistakes in the process! If she cared about her patients, she would take a minute to think about what she is doing and not just behave like a robot, not listening to patient's or their family's concerns and not treating them appropriately. I am shocked that Bourbon Community Hospital tolerates her terrible performance and I ultimately hold them responsible for the harm she causes. Luckily, the day after she treated my sister in the ER, we took my sister to a QUALIFIED doctor who negated every fool thing Dr. Ria Eugenio told us. Thank goodness we went to another doctor as Dr. Eugenio's treatment and advice may have killed my sister in the long run. I wish she would go ahead and retire so no other families have to suffer because of her!
