Absolutely one of the most infuriating visits I've ever had--and I don't even want to come back to…read morePlantation. The reason? The front desk, specifically Paula. This woman has no business in customer service. I come in regularly for my pets, and she's consistently rude, condescending, and disrespectful. She interrupts, rolls her eyes, and acts like helping you is a burden. Today, I finally called her out on her attitude, and instead of apologizing, she argued with me. No remorse. No professionalism. Just pure defensiveness. Did she know I recorded the ENTIRE interaction for her manager? Probably not lol--but I'm tired of her gaslighting. This won't be a "he said, she said." She even claimed I had an issue with her--as if I'm the problem. I've read the reviews. I'm not the only one complaining about her. It's clear she hates her job, and frankly, she shouldn't have it. I don't have a problem with the other front desk staff--it's always her. To top it off, when I was in the middle of putting my dog down, she barged in to ask if I wanted to buy prescription food for my cat. Seriously? When we didn't buy it that moment, we overheard her talking to the staff in the back and saying, "I'm never preordering food for them again." That's not just rude--it's disgusting. She clearly doesn't even know how to use the software, constantly messes up client information, and I always hear her arguing with other customers. She even lied, saying my mother wanted her phone number back on my account--after I asked them to call me not her. This is funny, considering my mom switched vets BECAUSE of Paula. What's worst of all? She never once tried to apologize or fix it. I walked out saying, "Thanks for the apology"--because that's the only one I was going to get. You'd think with all the complaints geared towards her, management would take some sort of action. But hopefully now that I actually have the conversation, they can see for themselves what it's like to be a customer here. It's not pleasant. I'm not sharing this out of spite--I just want management to understand what it's like to deal with her from a client's perspective.

He has always had a multifaceted approach from diet to supplements and medications. The team I deeply respect as with 2 of our pups they have compassionately relayed when it is time or close to time for our pups to be released from their worldly pain. This is something I have asked of them to make sure we are doing the best thing for our pups and that being so close to their care I am not missing something. We are both in step of least invasive to most in most situations unless something aggressive like cancer that need a strong comprehensive response. Our pups are our world and family. I am deeply grateful we found this office. We've been using them for half a decade. I drive an hour plus to go to them because of their exceptional care. We've used their emergency room, scheduled appointments for long term care and post op care after surgery by another practice in the building. They are able to email me receipts for our pet insurance. The staff cares about the fur babies and do their best. They're quite easy to communicate with and work well with our other pup doctors. Because of his help and catching it early we have had a pup stay 4 years in stage 2 kidney disease which is significantly longer than average. He gave us the contact details for a vet nutrition institute at a university which has significantly helped our pup keep pancreatitis at bay and provided significant quality of life the last few years. We've also seen Dr. Eriksson the cardiologist to check in on our pups hearts or pre surgery ok. They created a protocol for our pups when going under annes and have been helpful. Adore and will continue to use them

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the team at Skyline Veterinary Services. When my beloved…read moredog, Chocolate, was diagnosed with a heart murmur, it was an incredibly emotional and difficult time. From the very beginning, the doctors and staff were not only knowledgeable, but also deeply kind, compassionate, and supportive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and always made sure that Chocolate's comfort and quality of life came first. Even as his condition progressed, they treated him--and me--with such empathy and respect. When the time came for Chocolate to cross the rainbow bridge, the care and compassion shown by the Skyline team made an unbearable moment just a little more bearable. I'll never forget the gentle way they helped us say goodbye. Thank you to everyone at Skyline Veterinary Services for the love and dignity you gave Chocolate in his final days. Your kindness meant the world to us.

That level of compassion and dedication is rare and incredibly reassuring. The front desk staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond, which makes every interaction smooth and stress-free. The care, professionalism, and kindness shown by the entire team are simply outstanding. I would recommend this practice to absolutely anyone. In recent years the staff is curt, uncaring and doesn't have a sense of urgency to find an appointment time when my dog was sick. Most recently, my dog was critically ill, and the office made no attempt to squeeze us in and casually told us to go to an ER. my dog ended up in the hospital for multiple days. Dr Miller was contacted by the ER for records, I left messages, and never received any response to check on my dogs well being. When I told him how disappointed I was with his lack of concern for us as long time patients, he responded with profanity, told me there's no way he had time to follow up on every sick dog in the hospital and that I should go to another practice. That's what I call real customer service and loyalty! I've never been so disappointed in a professional in my life. And for the record, this is the first time I've ever posted an online review, that's how poorly we were treated!

We had an emergency last week in the morning and, left a message explaining we were on our way there. When Jackie called back, she was surprised that we were already in their parking lot. She proceeded to explain that they do not see emergencies and told us she would email us a list of other vets in the area. My husband (who is in the medical field- and, even though his office is not 'set up' for emergencies- he will always see a patient in pain), asked if someone could take just 3-5 minutes & triage her in the back of our car, because she was in so much pain-she's a big Newfie and wasn't able to walk) Jackie said no. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed. So we went to Pressly Animal Hospital and were accepted immediately. As soon as we walked through the door, Dr. Pressly took her into the back, did x rays and showed them to us, explained everything and we decided on a plan of action. They also followed up throughout the day and the next morning. So, please be aware. As much as we really like Dr. Miller, Miller Animal Hospital will NOT see your animal in an emergency. They will NOT be there when you really need them.....even if you've been faithfully singing their praises and giving them your business for 13 years. Our new vet is Dr. Pressly and we'll not be going back to Miller Animal Hospital.

When we arrived, Stella was very weak and near the end. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, staff members immediately came outside to help carry her in so she wouldn't suffer any more than she already was. That simple act of kindness meant more to us than they probably realize. They were also able to keep her comfortable long enough for our family to say our goodbyes, which we will always be grateful for. During the entire process, everyone we encountered--from the receptionists to the technicians to the doctors--was compassionate, patient, and incredibly caring. I'm not someone who typically writes reviews, but when you are faced with something this heartbreaking, the way people treat you truly matters. The entire team treated Stella and our family with dignity and compassion, and they made us feel like Stella mattered just as much to them as she did to us. Thank you for going above and beyond during one of the most difficult moments a pet family can experience. We will always appreciate the kindness you showed to Stella and to us.
