I thought I paid 15 euros but in fact only less than 8 euros. What a bargain. It's so difficult to finish it as it is too big! The food is amazing. The people are lovely. It's authentic Sichuan, so don't expect it to be like…read moreany other standard (as Germans would say: "08/15") asian fast-food restaurant. But if you do like the occasional sweet and sour chicken or if somebody who's tagging along is unsure if their palate can take the Sichuan spices, you can even go for these. Even their non-authentic asian food tastes better than anywhere else in town (at least the ones I tasted). That said, my favourite are their Sichuan pepper dishes. Amazing - getting the craving, just thinking about it. Meanwhile the restaurant seems to be pretty well known, especially in the chinese community, because a lot of asians come to enjoy their meal here, which for me is a pretty darn good indication for authentic food. A bit of a let down is the space. It still got it's original German Bierkneipe from the 90's feel to it. The tenants seem to not be allowed to alter it enough (was the same with the Korean place before it). So it could be cosier, but they did their best. So don't be afraid if it doesn't look the way you would expect. Check the photos, and definitely try it out. Huge recommendation!

Food was very good, they had a very large and substantial amount of items on the menu. In both German and English. Our server spoke enough English to get by. Food came out promptly and it was great. There were menus in English and German but really the names were pretty easy to decipher so we were good with the German one. The lady helping was very nice and employees were cleaning the restaurant while we ordered which was a good sign. A short time later, we received our food all packaged up and we took it back to the hotel. The food was okay. Nothing special and not like anything I have had in the states. Maybe the Chinese is just different in this area but it didn't seem to have much flavor and had mostly vegetable I don't usually find in Chinese food.
