Very unprofessional business. They are barely adequate. Chris can't seem to care enough to help…read morewith information or book appointments. Given the fact there are not many of this business type around much, I went back, to get my hearing aids readjusted. Well, I went in rather then attempted to call, and again mistakes were made, like my basic information, and the time to arrive. So very frustrating. The office staff then double checked my contact details and scheduled for the following day. Ken the audiologist seems so very antiquated and admitted "he doesn't keep up with the latest technology" , though claims to be in the area for 42 years. The testing is limited and basic, they weren't even sure they had the correct software for my brand, even though they advertise for" all makes and models". Also he often mixed up which ear we were working on, left and right (I only have 2). So I had to ask for copies of my records, which sadly wasn't much, no notes were made during my visit and the office didn't even have a way to print out calibration information for the changes. (The previous audiologist was VERY thorough with details and notes and complete records.) Oh, and I lost my volume control on my original setting, so I guess what I have to go back for them to hopefully fix it. Again. I called during their office hours, getting a voicemail rather then a person. I would not recommend this business because The entire staff is unprofessional, slovenly dressed, horrible with details and providing information and doesn't seem to really know what they are doing. AVOID and go further for better service.

Ken and staff have always been very professional and compassionate. My suggestions for anyone who…read morehas a complaint about 'just walking in' and getting less than one on one care, that is your problem. We have worked with everyone at Twin Cities and they are ALWAYS great!

WHAT????? That word…read morehas to be one of my most used words for the last two decades. Why? Because I kept denying the fact my hearing was getting worse every year. My Doctors referred me to one Hearing Doctor who confirmed, as I already had figured out, my hearing had decreased even more than the last exam they did. They proceeded to show me a hearing aid which would pair up with my iPhone. Pretty cool, huh? Price tag: over $4,500 to start. No other choices were offered. In fact they said they did not want to even recommend anything else because they felt they were too substandard. Well this news startled me and made me sit back and think this would never do. How was I ever going to afford these? Even with my insurance paying $1,000 towards them, which is a rare benefit I'm told, I was still facing a lot of money to come up with. Then by chance I decided to make an appointment with another office. Twin Cities Hearing Aid Center. A small out of the way office. There I met Ken Hill. He tested my hearing, determined exactly how bad my hearing was, then sat down with me and discussed all the possible ways we could get a set of hearing aids for me which would fulfill my complicated hearing problem. He said to give him a couple of days to work on a plan which would stay within my budget yet give me the best possible set. A couple of days later he called and made an appointment with me so I could come in and see what he had come up with. WOW! This is all I could say after he presented to me a pair of hearing aids which not only were programmed for my hearing loss, but also paired up with my iPhone!!!!!! AND kept the price under $3,500! Now I'm not saying you will get the same stupendous deal I got, but if you are looking for hearing aids you just may want to stop in and see Ken at Twin Cities Hearing Aid Center first! Great job Ken!! Thank you ever so much! My life has changed for the good!!! Bob Madsen

I was referred to BloomHearing Aid Center by AARP and told that I would receive a 20% AARP discount…read moreand an additional $100.00 discount. I arrived at my appointment expecting to receive a no charge hearing test and a discounted price for the in canal hearing aids. I explained that I wanted an In Ear Canal hearing aid and was told that the type of hearing aids were determined by the hearing test, not by my choice. I was seated in front of a computer screen displaying hearing aid samples and was told that the in canal hearing aids were not appropriate for me; I should buy a behind the ear hearing aid; this "sales Pitch" occurred within ten minutes of being told that a hearing test would determine the type of hearing aids that is appropriate for my hearing loss. I asked about my hearing test and I was told that the hearing test would be conducted if I committed to purchasing the hearing aids. I asked about financing the hearing aids through Synchrony Care Credit and after applying for the financing on her computer, I was quoted a 24% finance charge and again reminded that I did not qualify for the promised 20% discount. I left Bloom's Hearing Aid Center and on my way home I made a spur of the moment decision and walked into Twin City Hearing Aid Center. I was welcomed by Kennith Hill the owner of Twin City Hearing Aid Center and after a short discussion of my desire to purchase in the canal hearing aids it was suggested that I make a hearing aid hearing test appointment... the test would be administered without a commitment to purchase hearing aids I returned two days later for my hearing test, the test was administered and the results were that I was a candidate to wear the in canal hearing aids; additional I was told that I had 45 days to wear my new hearing aids and if they were not comfortable, I'd have the opportunity to exchange the set for another type of hearing aids I chose the type of in canal hearing aids that was determined to be my best fit and then it was the financing that was discussed, I again applied for a Synchrony Care Credit Loan in the office and by a special prior arrangement between Synchrony Bank and Twin City Hearing Aid Center, I qualified for a ZERO % 24 month payment plan. I am so glad that I did not succumb to Bloom's Hearing Aid Sales Pitch and found Twin City Hearing Aid as my hearing aid provider where I was able to purchase the type of hearing aids that I wanted at a zero % finance charge
