I couldn't login with link they gave me (needed access code) so off to paperwork it was when I got there. Talk about redundant! The same repetitive questions asked the exact same way or almost exactly on every sheet?! I think I have carpal tunnel now . You as the business should just make a copy of it you need to and save your patients time and a little aggravation. I have alot of patience but even I walked up and finally said I just started filling in what I hadn't already put on 3 forms unfortunately I can no longer keep filling in the same thing in the tiniest areas as well I was given. The forms need redone js. It's not name and dob either as that was filled in for me it's all the rest of it. Just left a bad taste in my mouth for such a great visit! Other than that it was 15 minutes for my MRI . 10 minutes paperwork and out the door I went! My visit was very quick and my tech was veryprofessional and nice! I enjoyed listening to Sirius XM and that the MRI was open-ended since I'm claustrophobic! Very nice job!

I know from experience that Franciscan Health CAN ACCESS orders from Community physicians. Etc. The office receptionist was either too lazy to call my pcp to get orders, or was too "unenlightened" to do it. Franciscan Health is NOT what it used to be. Good people have left, and financial gain is the rule. Ever since the Sisters turned business over to a CEO, it's gotten more mediocre. I have 1 physician left in their network. I have switched over to Community Health for most of my health services.

Once I was FINALLY called back, they insisted they preform an xray on the complete OPPOSITE end of my body where the MRI needs to be, for a condition involving fragments of NON METAL but they wouldn't believe me that I know what I'm talking about. Then, after that, they wanted to Cat Scan the area...all before the scheduled MRI. Like. No. So I gathered my things and I left without a word because I'm no bodies dollar sign. I'll live with my arthritis pain if I would have to encounter people and places like this again for treatment. Never again. Less than 1 star, for sure.

Any questions I have they make extreme efforts to answer or find the answers if they do not know. This is definitely one of the best doctors office experiences I have ever had.

Desk girl said text says to arrive 15 min early. I show her the text (also attached) that does NOT say that. She said they must have changed it. How should I have known if the text didn't say that. Susan came out and was clearly available but said because you don't get fully checked in by desk girl until 4:01 she wouldn't see me. They are horrible to deal with. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere if insurance will let you.
