What I noticed most about the waiting area is that there were no toys, play areas or even televisions. This is one of the first places though, that I actually was present while they sanitized the waiting area. The staff there was very nice, from top to bottom. I am a very punctual person and one of my main gripes with the place was that I was not called back until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I understand that things happen, but I like to stick to my schedule. Outside of not meeting my appointment time, this is a great place to bring your child. It is easy to get in and out of and my kid is very comfortable here.

However, we had some issues with billing due to behavior mental health. They do not provide behavior mental health services they referred us to Riley. However, at my son's Physical every year, they ask questions about medication that he's on and how things are going. And then consistently charge us an additional charge. Whereas they do give us paperwork stating that if he is seen for anything "additional" that is not the physical at that appointment, we will be charged for it, they do ask questions that lead you down a path. I'm not sure how they expect me to answer questions on his overall well-being and medication's that he's on and not be transparent about behavior mental health as well. Overall, the office staff has always been great, but they have no problem charging you for things that might be ethically questionable.

Front staff extremely friendly as well and inviting. Tiny playroom with fish. -----Problem occurred on a well baby check for my kids. *note this was a well baby checkup. Zero issues. Just a check up for weight/height etc. My child was nervous prior to checkup. He has a new self awareness of body lately and the conversations that his genitals are "private" and stranger danger etc has led to this isolated incidence with my 4 yr old where he was not comfortable with the dr looking at his penis this check up. (Never exhibited fear before) Making sure to clearly verbalize this (twice) at beginning of appt with dr kasyjanski, she seemed very understanding and even jovial about it. so I reiterated "I promised him this visit we would not be checking genitals and would work on the nervousness for next visit" her response "oh yea that's totally fine! Ok. No problem " --- -exam started as my 4 yr old sat on my lap (his choice)and my hands clasped around waist (his choice) to ensure safety for his worries.she continued to chat/laugh/examine. And then completely Disregarding our conversation and her promise, with one swoop she moved my hand and pulled his underwear open to check his genitals. snapped shut saying "see that wasn't too bad was it?!" As I glared she retorted "we have to check for pubic hair." Huh?! HES FOUR!!! I called hours later to discuss the clear lack of respect for my sons feelings and clear lack of respect for our earlier conversation prior to the exam. Seemingly irritated, she responded with , "So if he says he doesn't want his ears checked next time will we be avoiding that as well? Hes 4 yrs old and U as a mother call the shots not him. Perhaps entertain counseling because these anxieties are uncommon in 4&5 yr olds" I like to assume the best in people so I will assume she probably had good intentions on her part but definitely Bad execution. If concerned physician then they are obliged to document and/or to pull parent aside to discuss. They are not obliged to violate their oath as a physician (do no harm mentally or physically) and then get defensive and condescending upon the later discussion of her wrong doings. We are obviously we are switching Drs. Thought I would share bc As a parent searching for a peds dr, these actions may or may not be pertinent to another parent in their search for the best peds doctor.

They completed the work in two separate visits. The first visit I was a little anxious when they took him back however, he came out with a smile. When it was time for the second visit, I was hoping there wouldn't be a problem and there was not. He was anxious to see Dr. Abby and finish getting the caps put on his teeth. The front office staff was also very attentive to the needs of the people waiting and reassuring us when needed that everything was OK with the children Would highly recommend Park pediatric Dentistry for anyone taking younger children to the dentist.

Dr. Allison and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. They have an adequate private parking lot that they share with the other businesses in the small strip mall that it is in. The waiting room gets a little cramped sometimes and turns into a mini-Chuck E. Cheese. They have a small tent, a big stack of blue building blocks, and a small bead maze on a table. I ended up just waiting in my car. It was a bit crazy in there, but it was not much that they could control. Scheduling here is easy, but this is a pretty popular place, so do not be surprised if your appointment is for a month out or more. I was able to schedule and reschedule my appointment with ease though. My little loves coming here. They are one of the best in town for what they do. They use laughing gas and anesthetics for their surgeries. They also have televisions with Netflix in the rooms to distract....I mean entertain the little ones. Even with all that you may hear an occasional terrified kid screaming in the back. But alls well that ends well. Every kid leaves the office with a ballon and/or toy after they are finished. My little and I like this dentists office. I highly recommend checking them out. They work hard to ease the little one's fears.

This is one of two locations serving as home to three wonderful orthopedic doctors. The staff is very courteous and professional. They have a system, that every patient has access to, where they can send messages, request prescription refills, hold a virtual visit, check/request appointments and make payments. I had an elbow set back and doctor Armington was very knowledgeable, informative and supportive. He got my plan started almost immediately. Anytime you have a orthopedic issue, there is a level of anxiety, nervousness, and anxiousness. It is a huge decision to make. This place is a good solution because they seem honest and provide you with the information for you to make your best decision, without pressure. And if you do decide to go with them, as i would highly reccomend, they will guide you along your journey in a professional and supportive manner.

His physical assessments of my ruined hip were thorough, both times I saw him in his office. Today, Dr. Martin gave me a shiny new titanium hip! He came to talk to me before and afterward -- the surgery took less than an hour (he's done a LOT of these surgeries), and he said it went smoothly. (My anesthesiologist, Dr. Fritch, was awesome -- she explained everything in medical terms, as requested, as I have a medical education.) Dr. Martin asked me if I had any questions, both before and after surgery, but honestly, the nursing team had explained everything so well -- with written copies of everything -- that I didn't. He showed me pics of my ex-hip... it looked as bad as it felt. And then he shook my hand and told me he'd see me soon. (The nursing staff verified that I had my first follow-up appointment scheduled.) Three hours after they wheeled me into surgery, I went home in His Goatness's care. The licensed physiotherapist got me up and worked with me on the proper way to stand, sit, walk, sleep, etc, so my hip can heal without complications. While I was a bit groggy from anesthesia, there were no side effects. I recall the discharge instructions clearly. My main care nurse gave me a hug (we were all vaccinated and masked). So now I am home, comfy, fed, and cat-covered. I am impressed, Dr. Martin.
