Starting with X-rays he then provided a thorough explanation of my issue and what he was going to do to relieve my back pain. I could barely walk and in three weeks it completely worked. I've come to trust Dr Brady and am thankful for his help. He also has a good personal trainer and massage staff in his office and if you buy a package his prices are really fair in my opinion and he does not nickel and dime you.

Each class is 45 minutes and you can go up to 5 days a week depending on your schedule. Every day is a different workout and each individual is encouraged to work at their own pace; it can be as challenging as you need it to be. There are all shapes, sizes and degree of athlete in each class. The staff is so knowledgeable (and nice!) and really want you to be successful. I strongly suggest taking a trial class - you will be hooked! After just a few weeks, I signed up for 12 months. I have been going since November (I just pay monthly) and plan on staying.
