Absolutely horrible care, and "Doctor" Huggard is clueless!! I went in after being evaluated at the ER over the weekend for a fall and breaking my wrist. On my first visit, he tells my it's my scaphoid bone - doesn't repeat the x-ray (4 days after going to the ER) and only uses theirs, stating it's "in line and fine". Followed up 1 week later with swelling still present, pain on the OTHER side of my wrist and still unable to move my fingers or thumb (9 days post fall). Xrays are taken, he says this time that the radius is broken, but it's "in line and fine"...denies saying it was a scaphoid fracture. Got angry when I asked questions, told me that "I needed to use my fingers", that "it's going to hurt bc i have a broken bone", I'm in the medical field and he got IRRATE that I was asking questions about what was happening, why the pain was in a different location if "everything's fine", as he insisted, and even crossed his arms asking me what I wanted him to do, in which i replied "your job, but accurately"! I immediately went for a second opinion! I have a free floating piece of bone that is broken off of the radius, pressing on nerves, not allowing my fingers to move!! This was on the same day and straight from there! I don't recommend ANYONE go to this joke of a practice if you value your body whatsoever! read more
