I definitely will be back when I need ornamentals to color up my yard. FYI they weren't busy when I went at 11am so I was in and out.

I spoke with the folks at the shop and they recommended fertilizing with their signature blend. Without hesitation, i bought it and used it religiously every 3 months for over a year. I know palms can be tricky and user error to an extent but I did everything by the book. It's a shame their customer service isn't better and they own the fact that maybe they installed inferior palms.
