i had to leave a response after seeing the ridiculous review by K.P. from Hartford. Nobody spins…read moreyou around in this church! That is not true! As far as falling down goes the power of God is so powerful here people can get so blessed that they can't stand up, That's awesome really. You have to search far and wide and may not find a church like this where God's presence is so strong for this to happen. If it was so dark in the prayer room that you hated it you should have walked out. How stupid is that! It sounds like you were in a prayer meeting reserved for church members that you weren't supposed to be in anyways! If you saw creepy it's what was in your mind and you let it stay there and it just shows you were having a bad attitude and needed to be in church to straighten up! God does care about women wearing dresses, jewelry, When we come before him we shouldn't be a woman dressed like a man or a person looking cheap. This is just one lesson this church was trying to give that makes you a better person. If someone came sick and had a epileptic seizure then you will condemn them for being ill? This is really typical of people that suddenly drop off from church and need someone to blame for their problems. I'm not a member here but I was at one time and they are nothing like KP's description and I had to say this was just a mean, hateful review this church does not deserve whatsoever. I've seen this Pastor cry out for her members in public. It's really low to publicly criticize a church of all places isn't it? If you need help or want to find God this church is great place to start if you don't come judging or you'll leave the same way you came.

This a great church with an even greater community of worshippers. They don't make you feel…read moreexcluded and welcome you with open arms. I would definitely recommend it!

"You're the real thing Even better than the real thing"…read more(U2) (Not a review of the church. This is a review of their Polish Food Sale) Does Polish food get anymore "real" than Polish food bought at a Polish Food Sale held at a Polish Church? Nie, it doesn't. The sale runs just two days- Saturday January 14 and Saturday Jan 28 from 9am to 12pm. What's on the menu board? Let's start with three kinds of handmade pierogis - potato & cheese, cabbage & kielbasa, sauerkraut & mushrooms. All of them are $12 per dozen. Next up is a personal favorite - Golabki (stuffed cabbage rolls) - $14 per tray (4-5 pcs). A big selection of homemade Polish soups - $10 per 32oz. Traditional Kielbasa & Easter White Kielbasa - $8 per pack, Bigos (Polish Hunter's Stew) - $14 per 32oz., Pierniki (Chocolate covered Ginger bread) - $5, and horseradish, Polish drinks, and natural Polish Honeys - $12 per jar. We bought a tray of potato and cheese pierogis, a tray of stuffed cabbage, a container of the cauliflower soup, and a bag of the Piernikis for $41. The ordering process and crowd flow was super easy. There were two lines- one for the on-line pre-orders and one for the walk ins. The priest at the walk in line was very friendly, input our order onto a receipt (which he stapled to a paper bag and handed over to another worker), and we paid him through a credit card machine. The lady who got our paper bag went to the freezer and took out our appropriate pierogis, stuffed cabbage and soup and handed us a bag of the chocolate ginger bread. Everything was homemade so I have a feeling they will be out of this world. The only glitch we ran into was last night when we tried to preorder on their website, Everthing went fine until we hit the payment screen which was grayed out and we couldn't figure out if we had missed a step or what was wrong. Probably more of an operator error than a web design error. :)
