I came in by ambulance because of an acute attack of diverticulitis by ambulance. No rooms were available so I was placed on a very comfortable gurney in the hall. The entrance is about 100/150 feet away and today it is 53 degrees. Whenever that door opens a rush of very cold air comes in and adds to an already cold hallway. If they need to put people in the hall don't do it on the entrance path. I was in the hallway approximately 3 hours but my nurse made sure I had a blanket. The CAT scan tech was great too. My suggestion is add on more rooms this is Florida where we old people go to die but not by pneumonia.

Her internal bleeding went undiagnosed for about eight hours despite glaring signs. Once imaging was finally ordered and active internal bleeding was confirmed, surgery was delayed for roughly seven more hours. In the meantime, the doctor ordered mass blood transfusion in an improper way that worsened her condition instead of stabilizing her, while failing to move the central line that was improperly placed and that the radiologist recommended be repositioned. HCA Healthcare has faced no consequences, and there is no way for people researching physicians through the Florida Department of Health (DOH), the medical licensing board, to see what happened to my daughter. Because she was 25, unmarried, and had no children, Florida's 'Free Kill' law strategically blocked me from pursuing legal recourse to ensure the hospital and its physicians are held accountable so the harm does not continue. If you or your loved ones rely on HCA Healthcare in Florida, please take time to learn how this system really works and how families can protect themselves. So first off, let me start by saying that every nurse that works in an emergency department. Is…read moreamazing. They are literally the backbone of that emergency room. They show up every day and then make it happen and they do the best that they can for their patience. However there is some Mail doctors that come through that emergency room center that they have no bedside manner. They have no respect and they do not know how to speak to people and that is not what this society is asking for this society is asking for caring, compassionate people. So basically, we need to be hiring women doctors, and start turning over these male doctors that are aging out of our society, but refused to retire. In no way shape or form. Was it OK for me to be treated with such distain by that doctor the last time I was in the emergency center to the point where I had to get extremely vocal. So now I'm coming on here so that people are aware that even though the nurses are amazing at the end of the day, if you want proper treatment go to Tampa General. I know that it's a drive but like it was stated at the hospital by hospital staff by Mail where a small hospital there's not much we can do well if that's the case then why are you still in operation because it's not what anybody needs in this society so you're taking peoples money and essentially you're not treating them. So you're making blank statements, accepting the fact that you work for a place that is equipped to handle health. All these people are gonna do is rack up your credit card bills, and or your financial statements for your healthcare provider. I would seriously suggest making the extra trip to go down to Tampa General, because at least they will treat you. You will find out what's wrong with you, and you will never have to deal with that again And to the people who were involved that day I apologize for getting so vocal and for the men that worked their counter days because it's over To the hospital right now, it would be highly in your best interest to start hiring strong, independent females, that know how to speak to people and who are educates Like my mama always said play traffic, but don't play with me

First, the facilities are relatively new that accommodates the need of the expanding suburb at Trinity. Second, doctors I have met are energetic at work and engaged with patient. Third, the well-trained well-mannered staffs alleviates the anxiety before seeing a doctor or having a test. Fourth, prompt follow-ups and feedback boost my confidence for further communication. It is easy access to the hospital compound from Mitchell Blvd. Parking area is not congested and spread in between buildings of clinics, surgical center and outpatient center.

Dr. Donovan operated on my wrist here, at Trinity Medical Arts Building, in the early morning hours. This is an exceptional facility, with caring staff who know what they are doing. From paperwork, to gown, to survey (I was not awake when Dr. Donovan put a titanium plate and 9 pins in my right wrist), I was treated with compassion and professionalism. When I was awake and coherent, I felt much better. I was in and out in record time. Kudos who helped me prepare for surgery, who assisted Dr. Donovan during surgery, and helped me after surgery so I could return home in record time. I was also impressed when a nurse called me later in the day to inquire about my recovery. My diagnosis, this surgery, and my follow ups with Dr. Donovan were wonderful, and I highly recommend him and this facility!

The staff is on a power trip They refused to treat my pregnant wife! My wife is 7 months pregnant and was experiencing severe abdominal pain. I rushed her to the closest E.R. Morton Plant North Bay. Big mistake! After over an hour without seeing a doctor, I asked to see an administrator. That was a huge mistake. Bonie showd up and was extremely rude and defensive. I should point out that I was sitting calmly next to my wife, holding her hand. At this point, the security guard told me to leave. I told him that I was staying with my wife. So Bonie told me they would not treat her until I left. I asked why I needed to leave her. She refused to answer me. The E.R doctor said we should go somewhere else if we want medical treatment, and he wouldn't treat my wife. Bonie called 4 police officer over to focably remove me, and throw me in the back of a cop car for 30 min while the cops joked and laughed. They threatened to arrest me for trespassing. Eventually they let me go, but told me to leave and that I couldn't see my wife. I had no idea if she was ok, or if the baby was ok. Or if they were acting in her best interest. I can't believe they would treat people this way. Stay away! If you must go, don't dare complain!
