I had my first reiki session with Candace about week ago. I walked in not knowing exactly what to expect. The previous weeks (if not months) before my reiki session, I had gone through personal stress and lots of emotional pain. The kind of pain that hurts so much, that you feel there is nothing anyone can do to help. During my reiki session with Candace, from the beginning I felt a soothing feeling throughout my entire body. A healing from within so peaceful, so powerful and so gentle, that it's like I had always felt that well (strange, I realize). It was a feeling of perfect wellbeing. To my surprise, this is something that has not just lasted during the session. For me, there has been a residual that has left me with a clearer state of mind throughout my waking hours. As I write this review, I look back at my past few days after my Reiki session with Candace and even at this present moment, and I realize that my day-to-day tasks are literally more manageable and attainable. At first, it just seemed like finally things were turning out more in my favor. But later, I realized that my new-found clearer state of mind and my focus, had allowed me to get more things done and to see opportunities were I wouldn't see them before. This is a great feeling indeed!! Candace is kind hearted and a genuine healer. Her nurturing energy will stay with you even days later while you find yourself leaving a review late at night on some website. The more I think about it and her healing energy, the more it makes sense... I mean, what task could be more noble than to dedicate one's life to improving the lives of others through reiki?! - I appreciate her kindness and her willingness to offer her nourishing innate healing talent! Doing sessions long distance with her has proven to be profound and to me, that speaks volumes to her abilities. I work a very cerebral job as a research scientist, and my mind is often going a million miles a minute. When I had my first session with Jenny, I was feeling overwhelmed about everything I had on my plate to finish by the end of the day. We dropped in and I immedately felt a wave of calm wash over my body. My mind went from chattering and worrying about my projects and to do list to peace. But I was also curious and had an open mind to try it out for the first time. The environment, for the session, was very helpful. It was a comfortable and a non-distracting space. As I was told to lay on my back, close my eyes, and relax. The hypnotherapist's calming voice instructed and helped myself to enter a subconscious mindset. I was asked questions by her that I wanted to know while in this hypnotized state. After the session was complete, I felt a heavy weight was lifted. I have found my left knee had been giving out on me about one to two times a month when climbing stairs. Since going for these healing sessions, my knee has not given out once for several months now. Nothing else in my lifestyle has changed that would account for this improvement. The healing started out in a very calming and relaxing manner. You lay down on the table, Zanne sprinkles blessed water over you with a beautiful flower, she burns incense, sings a sacred song and gives you a relaxing scalp and neck massage. She then begins testing your pressure points and search of any energy blockages. As she comes across them, she begins clearing the energy and will not stop until it is cleared. She works her way from your toes all the way up to your head. She ends the ceremony with a cranial sacral massage that leaves you feeling relaxed and refreshed. This past weekend, I had my first Reiki session with Zanne. She began by cleansing me and the space with burning sage that she gracefully wafted over me with a feather. I found that Reiki to be so relaxing and helped me to gain clarity as my chakras were aligned. I could feel the energy coursing through my body as she worked through each chakra. She placed healing crystals over my chakras. She ended the ceremony with a sound healing that was magical. I definitely recommend going to Zanne for energy healing whether it is Shiva Murti or Reiki. She walked me through the healing methods as she worked from head to toe. Prior to my visit with her, I was experiencing serious sinus issues that Western remedies weren't alleviating. I found it fascinating that she could call out areas of ailments or I think what she referred to as blockages without me sharing them with her. I loved the healing modalities that she used. After my session, I explained to her what I was seeing and feeling, and she explained that I had reached a level of meditation, which I did not anticipate nor had experienced before. I felt relaxed and clear-minded. To top it off, it's been about a month since my visit, and I have not had any sinus issues since. I plan on going again to maintain keeping the blockages she cleared free. I also felt it was an amazing way to clear stress, worries, tension, and anxiety.
