History
Established in 2009.
In addition to Classical Acupuncture, they offer Cosmetic Acupuncture. In 2017, New Leaf Acupuncture grew and became part of New Leaves, a group practice with a psychiatrist, a psychotherapist and a shiatsu practitioner, offering eastern and western medicine treatments for the body and the mind.
Meet the Business Owner: Jean-Philippe R.
Is a qualified acupuncturist who has studied Chinese medicine for four years in Zurich, Switzerland. He expanded his skills at the National Hospital of Traditional Medicine in Hanoi, Vietnam. He specialised in the treatment of psychosomatic diseases with acupuncture. Jean-Philippe received further training with Mary-Elisabeth Wakefield (USA) in the field of Cosmetic acupuncture and is among the first practitioners in Switzerland to offer this method. Besides his activities at New Leaf, Jean-Philippe is responsible for the acupuncture treatments with Paracelsus Medical, a company that offers medical stays for international clients in Switzerland. Jean-Philippe found his way to acupuncture through chinese martial arts, which he practised and taught for many years. He attaches great importance to offer high quality acupuncture and ensures that his clients feel comfortable at all times.
