I went for a couple of visits in October and again in January. The office is located in a small plaza with a free parking lot. Although it is not the biggest, there are a couple of private rooms and each treatment area is separated by screens. All of the people who work in the office are professional and courteous. On your first visit Dr. Goodrich really takes the time to get to know you and your needs. She does not try to "sell" you on any of the other services which I really appreciate. The office is equipped with many tools and gadgets to assist with diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Goodrich explains each of the assessments and ensures that you are well-informed about the treatments. I was already bought into the idea, and benefits, of chiropractic care but for someone who is unsure or just getting started, this approach will definitely put you at ease. I've had two massages with Karen, the LMT, and she is absolutely the best. Although you cannot use insurance for the massage services, the prices are extremely reasonable and I find that pairing the chiropractic services with the deep muscle work that Karen provides is an effective one-two punch to cure whatever ailment you may have.

This is not a typical chiropractor he does kinisio testing with supplements. I am open to alternative medicine I see a kinisiologist/reflexologist regularly, and I am a massage therapist. I had been in crazy pain at the time too, and was just wanting my migraine to stop. He at least adjusted my neck, but then he told me the real issues were all these body systems were off. Sold me 100s of dollars of supplements. He had such good reviews I put faith in his words. He told me how much to take based off his muscle testing, and upon taking them was met with terrible diarrhea that kept getting worse and did not subside till I stopped the pills. TMI I know lol but clearly my body did not like these new elements. I decided before my neck was adjusted again to at least get a massage. I called to cancel my follow up, and instead of just letting me. The receptionist gave the phone to the dr? Like WTF?! and then he proceeded to tell me that I needed to come in...basically not listening to me or respecting my knowledge as a body worker that releasing the tissue around can help an adjustment hold. This was a time when I was bad with conflict and just caved in and kept the appointment. Later on I was able to get in with the normal person who helps me, and he checked the supplements. He confirmed some my body didn't need, and some my body didn't like. Coupled with the how they badger people into keeping appointments when canceling in congruence with policy, and the fact that the receptionists first inclination is to get the dr involved is super weird. I personally don't need that bizarre ego driven energy when I want to heal.

I asked when he's available, sometime afternoon so I could arrange it during my lunch break. She tells me that doctor is available at 1pm on Wednesday, perfect. I received a text to confirm my appointment and replied with Y for Yes and they reminded me to bring my forms. I was punctual to my appointment, and as I was about to call the office, as they instructed me to do so, upon arrival, I'm bombarded with the doctor and a thermometer gun straight to my head without a hello. For practicing alternative medicine and not standard allopathy, it's a pretty telling signal if they're completely okay with pointing an infrared laser directly at your pineal gland so nonchalantly. FIRST red flag and probably the biggest one! I already felt uneasy this was the man that was going to be practicing on me... Then the short little red head secretary running around telling you to wash your hands, super stringent on the COVID protocols. Is anyone going to tell them immunity is innate and not injected? Terrain theory trumps germ theory and being hyper paranoid about pathogens/mibcrobes/etc. They had their masks on, the secretary wore hers below her nose, but was adamant about my washing my hands, when I'm about to touch the pen she JUST handled to fill out another form. Absolutely ZERO logic or common sense. I wait in the room as she starts filing my paperwork, while the doctor enters another room and sees a patient who entered after me. I asked the secretary what time her appointment was and she told me 1pm, so apparently they double book patients, and that's their standard protocol. Which again makes ZERO sense, knowing my visit was going to be longer as it's my first and the doctor would have to go over medical history etc. After waiting around 10 minutes and still not being seen by the doctor, I asked to have my forms returned to me yet the secretary didn't want to hand them to me and rudely said "You have issues" Issues for doing things logically, efficiently, effectively and orderly? Apparently common sense, consideration, and courtesy in our degenerate society is now having "issues". Who would ever want to be a patient here?
