Our realtor was Weichert Realtors. House had many many more issues that were not disclosed to use. David Levine (Davis Realtor sales rep) then called my husband (who was apologetic that deal didn't work out) and said to my husband "F... you. We sold the house for a higher price than you were going to buy " and hung up on my husband. This was a lie since house sold for less-another disturbing fact. Check out Zillow for price of house in 2017 and notice listing price history. We never received an apology or even a compassionate response from company. This is why most clients don't trust their realtors. Truly a crazy, unhinged action from a so - called realtor professional. Stay away at all costs. More detailed experience below. - We were in the attorney review process of buying a house from Davis Realtors on 5 clover court east Brunswick, NJ. In short, we rescinded our offer to purchase. House had many more issues that were not disclosed to us. HOUSE HAD MANY MORE major and necessary repairs and upgrades that were listed on the sellers "good faith" disclosure form. Furnace is 19 years old not 6 years old as the seller disclosed. Water heater is 15 years old not 3 years old as the seller disclosed. A/C unit is 9 years old and not 3 years as the seller disclosed. Plus the sidewalks pose an insurance issue for buyer as the concrete slabs are being uprooted by a tree. Also fire hazard caused by decrepit attic door and electrical problems throughout house. Plus the house needs major cosmetic work which we will were "aware of". However due to all the other undisclosed issues we opted out of buying this house. The Sellers realtor (David Levine from Davis Realty) called my husband and said "F" You. We sold the house for a higher than you were going to buy it for. ". His name is David Levine. Steer clear of this unprofessional and deceptive realtor. He will attest to anything just to get his sellers commission.

Great company with professional and caring brokers and agents. Highly recommend them.read more

Best agent ever! We…read morefirst had a meeting in his office to get a feel for each other, discuss what our budget was, what our house requirements were, and the actual steps involved in the home buying process. Keith was professional, personable and friendly while also being informative and realistic about what we could/couldn't have within our budget. We left that first meeting excited and hopeful about finding our home. By the following week we had access to our own MLS listing portal which would remain active for one month with houses selected for us within our chosen parameters. From there we were able to ask questions about the property via the portal, add it to our Favorites list, or even email Keith directly to get more information or request a viewing. Keith did not show the houses himself, as he has a team working for him. One of his agents, Nick, took us around and we were able to talk with him openly, he gave us a lot of tips, advice. We felt very comfortable with him from the get go. Once we found our home and made our offer to Keith, Keith was always there for us, taking calls, checking emails, replying to emails usually within the day or the next day, latest. He was a fast communicator, and we never felt as if we were ignored or in the dark about anything. He was also incredibly helpful in referring us to lawyers and inspectors. I always felt as if he was on our side, going to bat for us when there were some delays before closing. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. I was very nervous about looking for a home, as being a first time buyer I found the entire process overwhelming. I was concerned about finding an agent who would take us seriously, be available for questions or concerns. I only regret we didn't see him more than a handful of times, but I know if we ever need to look for more properties I would turn to him first. Definitely recommend!

I feel like I struck gold finding these guys to install our new fence, they deserve a perfect 10!…read more We had Rich's father-in-law come out to give us a free estimate. He was friendly and courteous. The days that follow, we had communication with Rich (owner) about different prices for the material we wanted to use for our new fence. They are very affordable compared to others. The result: A few of our neighbors already told us how beautiful it looks. I am in awe at how efficient, professional (was here bright & early), fast, and hard-working Rich's guys are. Before I knew it, at the blink of an eye, they took down the old fence. F - Fast E - Efficient N - Neat C - Courteous E - Exceptional G - Genius U - Unbeatable Y - Yare Even though there are only 14 reviews, I'm impressed that they are all 5 solid stars from satisfied customers that have nothing but great things to say about them. I honestly think that these guys can do the job with their eyes closed. Due to this past winter season with lots of snow and rain, these guys are currently backed up with upcoming projects. They are in high demand because THEY ARE THE BEST!

I had some hurricane damage on my vinyl fence at my commercial property in Tampa. I Googled "Vinyl…read moreFence Repair Near Me". I was asked by Yelp to put in my name, address with zip code, phone number and email. I did all of that as asked. I got a reply from Kelly at The Fence Guy saying that they needed all of the same information to give me an estimate. I immediately replied, and got a quick response saying that I was not in there service area. I responded that I wondered why I was required to give all of the same information that Yelp had requested and that I had furnished, and that their response was a waste of both their time and mine. I got a very sarcastic response from someone named Kelly at The Fence Guy that said I should have first checked their website information before I responded to their email reply, which would have told me that they only do work in Pinellas County, and that the problem was caused by Yelp's "platform". After attempting to cool down for a few hours I later responded to Kelly that I was not familiar with Yelp nor their platform. I am not aware of the work product of The Fence Gury, nor do I care to be, given this person named Kelly's sarcastic response. I assume that Yelp charges some sort of fee to recommend contractors. She may be totally familiar with Yelp's platform, but to totally waste both my time and their's with sarcastic remarks is not what I was l seeking. To Yelp's credit, I received other responses from their list of recommended fence contractors that stated that they were busy due to the hurricane damage, and would get back to me as soon as feasible, which I find totally acceptable and understanding.
