Buyer beware and very careful. I had been a customer for a number of years and the past 4-5 years service has seriously declined. Now the latest is they have taken full payment of season 2022 for Gold lawn Maintenance, Gold Irrigation and Lawn cutting Service and stopped all services 3 weeks into the season. I have requested a full refund in writing and no one even responds back. I ended up calling a neighbors lawn service company and so far so good. Even if they do decent work, their customer service is awful. Later, I found out the rude woman on the other end of the phone is the manager! There are plenty of sprinkler irrigation companies around that know what they are doing and actually provide good customer service. I will not renew my contract with them, even if they are a little cheaper than some of the competition. read more
