Over the past few months, my appointments have been canceled multiple times, which has already been frustrating. However, my most recent visit was the final straw. The provider, Kyra, was extremely rude and came across as aggressive throughout the appointment. When I asked questions, she seemed irritated and unwilling to explain anything, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The situation became so uncomfortable that I actually chose to leave in the middle of the service, which I have never done before anywhere. That alone should speak to how negative the experience was. On top of that, the way she performed the treatment was completely different from any other provider I've seen there, and not in a reassuring way.
