The office is run with corporate stipulations. The turnover rate for the dentists is ridiculous. The last dentist I went to see completely lied about the fact I had a preexisting cavity. They tried to say they can't numb me because the tooth was too infected but meanwhile they outsource any dental work such as root canal's to another office. They do barely anything in house other than cleanings and such. I went straight across the street to a family owned dentist and he did the root canal on the spot. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had an extraction scheduled and the day before, I was called and told I need to pay in full, BEFORE the extraction. I have never been asked to pay for a service before it was completed and refused. read more

Do not go to this office. I would have given this office at least 2 stars because I likes Dr Dieuveille"s demeanor. However, the office manager, Monica, had 1 year to get a pre-authorization so that I would know what costs I would incur. They failed to do so and repeatedly sent me a bill for $1,153. They never called my insurance for the pre-authorization and failed to learn of a missing tooth clause. I had to resort to a threat of legal action before my issue was resolved. Make sure you know, before you go. Update 8-19, the bridge is loose and they will not stand by the work or fix the bridge. Shady billing practices!! read more

The absolute worst dentist i have ever been to! you wait over an hour to even go back , then it takes them hours to do 4 fillings! they left me with tools in my mouth while they worked on another patient. they don't tell you aftercare, they did more work than discussed and charged me for it, and i left with my teeth 20x more sensitive than they were before! please do not go. read more

After trying to contact this office for months to get a cleaning, they finally called and asked for my insurance information then said they were going to verify benefits. They called me the day before the appointment it took months to make to confirm I would be there. When I arrived they said my insurance was only covering 20% of the cleaning. I have a contract with the insurance company stating the cleaning is covered 100% and the maximum benefit for the year is $1200. This dental office is shady and they lie. read more

I love this office. I called on Sunday and the dentist and office manager called me back within an hour. Took me in at 8:20 the next morning. Everyone was so so nice to me. I set up a regular cleaning in 6 months. They also accepted my insurance. You will love the lady dentist. She had my tooth dead and I didn't even know she was putting in the Novacaine. read more

New image took it upon themselves to sign me up for a cleaning 6 months after my visit that I didn't sign or verbally agree to. When I didn't show up for the cleaning that I didn't know they had scheduled me for they sent a collections agency after me and negatively affected my credit. I'm very disappointed with this location. At first I was happy with their service- and I will give them that- they do a great job when they actually do it, and the staff is very friendly. However, they are usually flaky and unreliable which is not very comforting when it comes to someone working on your teeth. The first time I noticed their unreliability was when I needed a night guard made for my teeth. They are aware that I am rarely in town, and I was due to leave soon, and I explained I could only get it under the condition it would be ready before I left town. They assured me it would be ready, and it wasn't until the last minute that they told me it actually wouldn't be. I was able to get a refund, but only after a lot of pushing the issue, and I still don't have my guard. Also, the wait times are always ridiculously long despite having an appointment. I don't think I've ever waited less than 30 minutes. Today was the last straw when I waited over an hour and then they told me they "ran out of supplies" and it would be at least another half hour. Who has that time to waste every time you make an appointment?! I will be finding a new dentist ASAP. read more

This dental company performed an unauthorized dental procedure in May 2017. They have been sending my bills for about $335 over the last few months. I called them and asked what the bill was for. They had random answers and I confirmed I had paid those bills. I also called my dental insurance company and they said I did not owe anything. I got a call today saying it was a charge from May 2017 that wasn't covered. I asked how that could be since I had told them not to perform any procedure not covered by my insurance (I am retired and am on a limited income). The dental company refuses to tell me why unauthorized work was done and/or why they did not inform my insurance company why this emergency work was done. I told the dental office worker who called me that this was not right and would be complaining. She said it didn't matter. This company has unprofessional workers, habits, and billing problems. read more

I had been going to this place for several years. They were very courteous and accommodating with my busy work schedule. If nothing had happened. I would have rated at least 4 stars. On June 1st, 2016 I went to had my two crowns done, The office manager (Monica) was kind enough to allow me to make two separate payments (on 1st and 2nd visit subsequently) as she did in the past. At the moment of the injection, I felt an excruciating pain - very different compared to all my past anesthesia. I brought that up to the dentist. he said that it was normal because one of the teeth was all the way in the back. Anyway, after the session, I went home but the pain persisted through the weekend. I called back and the dentist told me to come back right the way. He took an X-ray and said there was nothing wrong. I was prescribed with Ibuprofen 600 mg to take 3 times a day. He offered to redo the temp crowns or I could wait until the permanent crows come in. I figured that I could survive with it without making him spending time reworking on the temps - at no extra income for him. The cementing of the permanent crowns was the most painful dental procedure I ever had. I was told some people experienced no pain at all. I swallowed it. The most important issue was after the procedure I have not able to open my jaw as I normally could (up to the moment this review is written). I could not open my mouth wide enough to accommodate the thickness of 2 slices of sandwich or a banana. At the same time, my pain persisted. The dentist gave me a referral to have a consultation with an oral surgeon. In pain, I was writing a text message on my phone to state my position that it would be unfair that I had to incur additional fee to see an oral surgeon. Monica told me to hold on to referral and try to massage it with hot towels for a week to see how it went then then she would take care of me. A week went by without any improvement. But I was willing to give it more time to heal also I had to be our of town for a week. On June 30th, I gave Monica a call saying that there was a small improvement, I had less pain but still the difficulty to open my jaw fully. She said she would talk to the dentist and would get back to me but I waited until July 8th and nobody called me back. When I called back I was able to speak with the dentist and Monica. After going around and around without addressing my concern that I should not be incurring the fee to see an oral surgeon, I finally got a clear answer from them; NO THEY WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE FEE to see an oral surgeon. I personally felt that they should be responsible for that because I would not need to see an oral surgeon had I not had my crown done at this place. It could be possible that I believed too much in their goodwill that they would pay for the oral surgeon consultation when they said they would take care of me. I am still pondering my next step. but I do feel sorry for them. At their shoes - both the dentist and the office manager, I would have gone an extra mile. I understand they have different benchmarks and standards. But so do I. That's is the reason why I decided to write this review to express my personal standard versus theirs. read more
