I understand it's a school and they're still learning. Very disappointed in Madi. I had a funny feeling she was going to cancel. I was a little upset because I rearranged my schedule. However,…read moreafter my experience with Drug Testing Courses, I had to take the time to let others know what an amazing experience training with this company was. It was 100% worth every dollar spent. I signed up for in-person training for DOT urine drug testing, Non-DOT urine drug testing and BAT training. The price included everything I needed to be certified including written material, forms and kits needed for mock testing. This training by far exceeded my expectations! I was given tons of material and notes that coincided with the training which meant I only needed to highlight and jot down small notes on the side of the paper. My trainer answered all of my questions in detail and made sure I understood everything prior to proceeding. I also totally enjoyed and appreciated the interactive role playing and real life challenging scenarios I was given. My trainer not only guided me through how to handle these situations but I was also given tips on what to look out for. I even received a certification ID card with all three certifications on it! I very highly recommend this company to anybody looking to obtain these certifications. They are experts at what they do and after the training I received, I refuse to train with anybody else in the future!

The "students" are not educated there, there is a general lack of professionalism, and the woman who runs the school is a terrible human being. The products they use are subpar at best, they don't care about quality control, and even tho it's cheap... it isn't worth it. If you choose to attend this school... You will be lied to. You will be cheated. You will NOT receive the education you pay for. You WILL be over charged I can't say enough about what a terrible institution this is. I was a student there but had to spend hours upon hours upon hours learning everything I needed to know on my own to pass my state board. They didn't even provide me with a book!! I also suspect the positive reviews here are ones they made because they're that type of people. And I just graduated from there and don't know either of the names that have recently posted positive reviews.

When reporting a problem to a teacher my experiences have only been unsatisfactory and quite frankly a slap in the face . They continue to brush things under the rug and never hold any accountability for these actions . I also experienced academic misinformation which was an ultimate red flag where the teacher blamed the technical difficulties the school was having within the computer system but once I was informed that it would be fixed it never was months later . I tried to give the school another try but yet another let down . Just overall unorganized and favoritism towards certain situations . Nothing is taken seriously unless they feel it should be which in the few cases Ive endured they could careless and the students may as well not have a voice because of this conflict resolution crap . Overall -10 in my book .
