Well I have been there a couple times now. Many of the locals in need of companionship tend to gather out there, seeing as how it's organized by Government Organizations . . . Event gathering for locals in need and a desire to venture out into society. . Planning events and getherings; Life can be lonely and it's just a blessing to have somewhere to go .
