Do NOT use this company! My husband and I hired New Horizon to replace windows and install a fence in my backyard. We paid them to buy the materials needed and, after months of waiting for them to start the job and constantly reaching out to them, they started on the fence but took their time making excuses saying they had other projects to work on. After reaching out a couple of times, New Horizon explained to us that they will not complete the work due to us not paying half of the labor. We were reluctant to pay more money and explained our concerns but, they promised they will complete the fence at a certain date once they received the money. We paid them half of the labor cost and, they did not complete the fence at the timeline we were given. So we ended our services with them and asked them to return the materials we paid for and refund half of what we paid them for the labor. We hired this company to remove a large old above ground pool and the decking surrounding it. Also, we requested a new fence around our yard. Josh, the owner, had 2 men helping, and they removed the pool and decking, then removed all the debris. After that, they built a lovely fence and even brought in fill dirt! All of this took about 3 to 4 days total, and they did BEAUTIFUL WORK! We highly recommend New Horizon Contracting! Good timing and excellent work ethic! read more
