We just showed up and the instructor Karen quickly made space for us in an already full room. We took the heated flow class and it was exactly what we both needed. The studio room itself was wonderful-well lit through large windows with natural lighting, hardwood floors were clean and class temperature was just right. Karen offered me a stickier mat as my hands were slipping on the mat I had. I thought it was very perceptive of her to notice and to make sure I was comfortable and safe throughout the 90 min practice. Thank you Sol Yoga for taking such good care of us, we will definitely pop in for a class next time we're visiting Rapid City.

Just another predatory business trying to fleece their customers. staff is rude, facility is dirty (like maybe never been cleaned kind of dirty), and the whole place smells terrible. i would not recommend the weight room. I'd sooner recommend the big purple gym with the lunk alarm if you catch my drift. At least the purple one is clean.
