The man chopped off 4 inches of my hair (instead of the agreed 1 inch) and I finally had to just tell him to STOP CUTTING. He does not know how to handle curly hair. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and taken to my chair. I then had someone ask me what I was looking for and describe the style I was looking for. I then had my hair shampooed and conditioned by another person who did a really nice deep scrub on my scalp. It felt amazing. I then went back to my chair and got my hair cut and styled to my liking. Manuel was my stylist and he did an amazing job cutting it to my request and styling it great! I felt awesome when I left and would definitely visit this place again.
