Linda takes care of my books, my clients, my money and my sanity. LOL She is the bartender, the hairdresser and the therapist when it comes to listening to me, putting up with me and guiding me. I don't know what I would do without her. She guides me and makes sure everything is running smoothly. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She not only cares about their business, she cares about them, too. I trust her immensely and at the end of the day, I know my business is in good hands. I HIGHLY recommend Linda to handle your books, too. You won't be disappointed!

I am very disappointed in the way my taxes were handled by Tyrone. He came recommended to us, but…read moreunfortunately we found no reason for this endorsement. Important information was entered incorrectly on our tax forms. I called twice the next day to try and get in touch with Tyrone so that we could fix the error in time to file by the deadline. I left two messages (one with the front desk and one with Deborah, both who are very sweet), but I never received a call back. Being desperate to file by the deadline, I submitted my taxes using online software this morning. I called Frontier again this afternoon to explain what happened, and Deborah agreed to a refund. Hours later, after business hours, I received a call from Tyrone, who did not acknowledge that an incorrect name and social security number on the forms was a problem for filing. He refused the refund. His phone manner was aggressive and made me uncomfortable, not business-like at all. I would say the problem is that he was not motivated to fix this situation until he was asked for a refund. Very, very disappointed that we lost so much money for nothing in this deal.
