Most aggravating company ever. If you are using this company let them know a month in advance when you need the gas turned on or else you're screwed. I couldn't get my gas turned on for 2 weeks. Then during our appointment which was originally 8am-4pm turned into 8am - 8pm. On top of that she said they might not even get to us because they are overbooked. Worst and rude customer service. It is impossible to deal with this company!! It's been over a week that I'm calling EVERY DAY trying to get service connected. About two weeks ago I finally talked to someone about natural gas service in my business. They said they would fax me a credit application. I received a fax with 5 blank pieces paper. Someone manually put the application in the fax machine backwards! It took me forrever to talk to someone to re-fax the application. Now I have a question and it's been over a week that I call, stay on hold for over 20 minutes - sometimes more than 30 minutes! One time someone picked up the phone, didn't know the answer to my question, took my phone number, left me on hold for 40 minutes until I finally had to hang up. And they are the only game in town??? Never have I ever received such disrespect and insult with as with this utility company. Walking into this location expecting the same respect in which you give this human at the window;NOT HAPPENING. We have no other choice? This needs to change. A gas leak occured in my apartment building about two years ago. A technician from this company showed up and told me 'I don't smell anything. I don't know what your apartment usually smells like'. Another call, SAME TECHNICIAN. STILL DIDN'T SMELL ANYTHING. ANOTHER CALL. New technician. He immediately smelled the gas....fixed the leak...before we DIED!!! read more

I live in a one bedroom apartment and keep my heat at 65 at ALL times. My first bill was 70, then 150 and finally 197. I called them to figure out what was going on and was told someone would come out and read my meter and call before they came between the hrs of 8AM-8PM. I waited all day and noone came. When I called they were so rude and told me someone had come already! They then told me they had to hang up because they had "more important calls" worst company ever! read more

This has been the most horrific experience dealing with a company in my life!! This is now Liberty Utilities. Took 45 minutes on hold only to get hung up on for 3 days straight. My boyfriend gave up....I called and stayed on hold for another 45 minutes, then they said they couldn't verify my identity so I would have to fax a copy of my license and social security card.....not a fan of that but whatever. I did on a Friday, called Tuesday and said they couldn't read it. I said that is completely ridiculous and this rude woman told me i had to re fax. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she said I would have to go to the Fall River office....because they don't accept phone calls. I asked for her name and then SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Unbelievable! So now this is week 3 and we close on our place next week. Will we have gas?? Remains to be seen........ We really need another choice in North Attleboro!!! read more
