Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly, seemed uninterested in helping me navigate my claim. I felt more like a nuisance than a client. He helped me get full personal property reimbursement and took care of the hard and emotionally taxing work of dealing with my insurance company and their lawyers. He put things in easy to understand terms regarding my different coverages and did so in an empathetic and understanding manner. There was never a question whose side he was on -- he was on my side. The whole way. Even after the fire and construction ended, he has been an invaluable resource for navigating insurance companies and how best to deal with what at times feels like a stacked deck. He has been patient with me the entire time (thankfully, because I am a bit of a panicked and "gotta fix this now" kind of person) and I'm glad he was my adjuster through that challenging time. I would recommend him to anybody that suffers a huge loss -- and I already have! He's a good man and a great adjuster. Can't thank him enough for all he's done.
