He put things in easy to understand terms regarding my different coverages and did so in an empathetic and understanding manner. There was never a question whose side he was on -- he was on my side. The whole way. Even after the fire and construction ended, he has been an invaluable resource for navigating insurance companies and how best to deal with what at times feels like a stacked deck.
