She planned to leave a $10 tip for the $60 massage, and when she asked the therapist for change from a $20 bill, the therapist implied that a $20 tip was expected for the service, and mentioned needing to feed her kids. Ultimately, my girlfriend felt pressured and awkwardly gave the full $20. Although the massage quality was excellent, this pressured tipping interaction left her uneasy about the whole experience.

THIS WAS THE ONLY MASSAGE I'VE HAD THAT MADE ME FEEL WORSE THAN WHEN I WALKED IN. It was awkward…read morefrom the beginning to the end. They don't speak great English and asked if I had specific areas of tension and I said yes my upper back and neck. The massage table had white doctor's office paper on it, no sheets or warming blanket and she punched out a hole for my head and provided a small towel for cover. Because there is no specific headrest my throat kept pushing against the table during the massage and I also ended up with a headache from the lack of cushioning on my forehead. The massage itself wasn't terrible but I asked for deep tissue and the pressure was mediocre and they did not focus on my chief area of muscle tension, and I could barely relax with the constant crinkling sounds of the paper. I got a 90min session and she didn't spend more than 10 minutes specifically working my upper back and neck. They did strange techniques of tapping my muscles and kept lowering my undergarments to massage my buttock. Because there is a hole for your head instead of an actual headrest, when I turned over on my back they placed a normal pillow under my head to cover it up, which meant the masseuse was hovering over my head and I couldn't relax cause I just smelled her terrible breath and the neck flexion meant poor access to my back and neck, and instead she focused on massaging my chest, which was awkward and not what I had wanted. I came here expecting to get therapeutic relief of my back pain and instead felt worse than when I had showed up. At least it was somewhat cheap only $90 for 90 minutes. Luckily I brought cash cause they are cash only. Not returning any time soon.

So, I asked the lady could my husband come in my place being that they were not willing to service me but charged our card already $84.50 she said that was ok. My husband then just said if we can not get a massage together than he'd rather a refund in asking for a refund. The receptionist called the police on my husband & said this was fraud as I explained the situation the lady seemed to have understood we have 1 vehicle for this vacation & i showed up thinking this was paid for so no worries why would this be fraud if the charge was already made fraud seems to be from the merchant being that they are the ones to benefit from the charge. I would not recommend this place as the ability to reason was not present & honestly feel the cops were called because we are black people.
