Shamil is that dude!! Like most of us who've used his services I am beyond pleased. After getting my back passenger window shattered by someone I needed a quick, affordable fix. Insurance deductibles aren't always going to be met so many or most pay this type of repair out of pocket which sucks. So when searching, we're looking for affordability and good service. For the price I paid this was that and more. I called a couple of places and got no answer until finding Shamil. Not only did he come to my home, he followed up with me throughout the day. Upon arrival I handed him my keys and got back my baby in less than an hour. She was cleaned of glass shards and back to normal. I was having a hell of a time finding a replacement windshield for my new car - Safelite was no help, the dealership couldn't even get me one for 3-5 weeks. WOW, A totallyl honest glass guy. Shamil came out to my dads house to replace the driver side window. He checked the window first and noticed that I didn't need a window but needed a window regulater and maybe a motor. Since he travel to my house, I offered to pay him for his time but he refused. Shamil provides the best customs service I have experienced in years. He replaced my windshield over a year and half ago and did not hesitate to reinstall it when I had a concern that it was leaking. He came out the next day and checked the windshield for possible leaks. Although none were apparent, he completely removed, cleaned and reinstalled my windshield at no cost to me. Excellent service. Shamil came out to the house but the snow was really bad, so he simply rescheduled and came out the next day. He didn't even talk about charging me for his lost time. Excellent Experiance. Requested 3 quotes through Yelp and had response within 2 minutes from Shamil- even before he opened. Quote was $80 less than nearest competitor and was able to schedule for the same afternoon. He arrived on time and called me so he could start. It took Shamil 30 minutes longer to do because car had rust from previous incorrect installation on the windshield by another vendor down in Toms River. Shamil took time to grind out the rust, install new windshield correctly and did it at price he quoted. Really amazing in today's world. I was not able to be home when he did this work, so my GF meet him. She felt totally safe as Shamil was professional and Friendly. I can't recommend Shamil and NJ New Auto Glass more.
