A great lawn with grass turned into a lumpy yard with more weeds than grass. The existing grading that was supposed to be maintained now leaves standing water every time it rains. When trying to communicate with Jeff and his crew it took several days, even more phone calls and a few angry/exasperated messages. Now all I get is silence.
