From them making you wait over an hour, multiple times, for your appointment to being rude when they come in the room, to missing crucial things on your lab work. I e been trying to get prior authorization for a needed prescription and it's taking over over three weeks and it's still not done. When you call them to see if the stuff is done, I've gotten combative and rude customer service. I will not be attending this doctors office ever again! Complete failure and it's sad that this is the only endocrinologist in my area.
