Hands down the best stand up martial arts school in Reno/Sparks. Head trainer Casey Balkenbush is beyond safety conscience and concerned about the safety of his students. Casey teaches traditional Muay Thai, NOT a hybrid Tie Kwon Do kickboxing style but real authentic Muay Thai!! I've trained in various styles of martial arts for 20 years and this by far the most effective and fun art I've ever studied. In addition I've never trained in a gym with less ego than at NV Muay Thai. Coaches Brennan, Trin and up coming Muay Thai superstar Zack Bunell round out the coaching staff each bringing their own style and technique to the classes. I enrolled my son when he was 5yrs old into their kid program and again I was beyond impressed, their kids program is excellent and he loved it. Not to mention he learned some real skills on how to handle himself not just katas and goofy belt promotions.
