Horrible customer service, horrible work ethic... project is still not done to satisfaction and they could care less. Do yourself a favor if you're considering hiring them and don't. They're plenty of good construction companies that don't treat their customers poorly. Whatever you do do NOT hire these guys to do any kind of work for you. I didn't hire them. They were hired by the city of bellevue to do work on drain pipes in my yard. They are unprofessional in every way I can think. Their quality of work is horrendous. Their customer service is even worse, and they cannot stick to a schedule if a gun was to their heads. I talked to a guy named Harley on the phone about why it's taking so long to get my yard finished and back to how it was before they worked on the pipe and I was met with remarks like "well that's a pretty stupid question isn't it?" And things like "I'm not gonna keep going back and forth with you" when he was trying to avoid answering my questions. I have no idea how this place is even still in business they way they do things. When I talked to the person at the city why they were hired I was told "unfortunately we have to go with the lowest bidder." I would not let these guys mow my lawn let alone do any real work for me.
