My friends and I highly recommend this restaurant. I am not usually impressed with cocktails but WOW the bartender was THE BEST at making cocktails tailered to my taste after explained her what I was looking for. BINGO! Bosque plus her own mix tailored to my taste was so excellent that I had to order another one right after finishing the first one! I don't drink beer but the friends who had beers said they were good and recommend. They ordered multiple beers. So the Octopus Tacos. Ohhh Eeeem Geeee, I first ordered it then tacos de pulpo was so good that two other friends also ordered. Other friend ordered Tlayuda de pescado zarandeado. Presentation of every plate was to perfection and tasted to perfection. So I also ordered. We will definitely go back to the restaurant.

I thought nothing of it because the tacos are pretty much great anywhere and everywhere in Mexico, but I was immediately impressed. The tacos here are great! I especially like the al pastor ones, but what really makes them extra tasty are their salsas! They have four, but their green avocado one will take your tacos to the next level! What really makes me love this place and is the big reason for the 5 stars are their licuados! They.Are.Amazing! Especially their licuado de mamey!! Mamey is this incredible fruit that is just perfect for a smoothie because it's so creamy. The US unfortunately doesn't have this fruit, so I make sure to make a stop here whenever I'm in Puebla visiting. It's just THAT good. Haha I cannot recommend this smoothie enough to all of you! Note: their large is really large. More than enough for 2 people to enjoy :)

While I can't say that I'm a mole afficionado, I can say that I've eaten it a lot, both in Oaxaca abd in Poblano-owned restaurants in Brooklyn. I even tried making it once. While I love it, I've always felt the mole that I've had could be better. Not here. If a perfect work of art is one which nothing can be added or taken away, the mole here is a perfect work of art. The flavors and textures just came together deftly. It wasn't too thick or too thin. The flavors were a blend of chocolate, chile, and herbs that resonated wonderfully together. I started my with an order of chapulitas that were equally deft. This definitely seems the place to go for an authentic Poblano meal.
