Fortunately, upon a recommendation from a physician on Cape Cod, I was referred to Dr. Brian Trudnak at Bass River Chiropractic in South Yarmouth, I feel extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Trudnak and the team at Bass River Chiropractic where I plan to be a patient for life! Through…read morehis highly structured program, I was able to lose 28 lbs in 44 days and to transform my body through an intensive exercise and strength training program. I learned so much about nutrition and exercise through the very personal and informative approach of Dr. Bober. He even provides outside reading material, and suggests books to learn more about nutrition and exercise. Before enrolling in the program, I was stuck. Despite strong efforts I would lose five pounds and gain seven. Dr. Bober's program cracked the code on fitness, wellness and weight loss, and I was able to finally reach my goals. The program is very structured and requires commitment, but the results are fantastic. Six months later, I continue to follow the program's clear maintenance guidelines which include eating normally, with whole, good food and exercising regularly. I'm amazed at the results, and I have maintained my weight while increasing energy and strength. I would highly recommend this program for anyone seeking to lose weight, strengthen their body and feel more youthful and energetic.
