I really enjoyed my stay at #Nethercraigs Holiday Park in Angus.
It was the first time for me to decide on camping with a tent and I booked myself a pitch at Nethercraigs, as it was the area that I visited at that time.
At arrival it was raining, so lucky me I got allocated a pod, which was super convenient and clean. The toilet block is nearby, which was another bonus.
One part of the holiday park is for tourers and campers and the other for caravan and lodge holidays.
There is a wee shop and reception before the gates to the site.
The owners are so lovely and the place so remote, being located in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by hills and birds and deers.
They offer Pods (normal and luxury with couch and chairs and tables) and pitches for tourers, be it for campers or motorhomes and caravans and lodges for the more posh amongst us that like a bit of more Luxury.
Pods prices start from £40 upwards and can be for 2, 4, 5 or 6 even (with a squeeze)
The toilet blocks are clean and warm (what is needed on cold rainy days in Scotland) and you can also hire the BBQ hut
Here are some picture examples of accomodation.
Some of the caravans are for sale!
I have been back already and it did not disappoint. read more
