I searched for a skilled and reasonably priced service to stand in and fix my issue. After contacting several groups, I opted for IT Pros due to their response and willingness to take on the work. For me it was easy to drop off the laptop and let Chris do his thing. He confirmed the faulty part, ordered a new replacement and within a couple of days it was back running fine. Highly recommend this group for your IT issues, having been an IT recruiter in my past working at Software firms it was easy to see this team walks the talk.

Hours on the phone with Malaysia trying to set up a new cable box because her's died. Still no cable service. Can't send a Technician until Thursday. Horrible system of calling offshore and having them try (broken English) to read a screen of questions to you. Absolutely pathetic system of customer service. They are not trained to help answer questions, nor get your system working. They just read a screen and send your questions to someone else then try to translate it to you. Xfinity idiots turned off MY CABLE at my house instead of turning my mother's cable on at her house! **AVOID XFINITY **

These people are the most arrogant people I have ever dealt with. They do not know the meaning of Customer Service.
