I had to come here twice to get a phone. The first time I…read morecame I asked for a micro-chip phone, the guy frowned and said that they were all old phones and they hardly come by. He did not even try to look for an option. I went home and I looked up all the microchip phones they had at the store (Apparently they dont keep certain models in the store) and came with a list of 4 phones. Out of which 3 were not available though the website said it was available. The guys barely have knowledge of the phones and the service is absolutely terrible.

This Cervera store has two floors, utensils on street floor and some furniture, home decor and glass and china upstairs. From being all glass and china Cervera is now more utensils and electronic appliances. And also - home decor... Why? I think they should stick to the core. Spreading focus means less focus - so the selection is not too wide.
