I have been to Net Nails twice now. They were able to fit me in for a pedicure the day of. The salon is relatively clean, and they use pre-cleaned, packaged tools. The price is reasonable l, too. The nail colors in the case do not match the actual colors, when you give them the color number. I did ask the technician not to cut my nails a certain way, but she still did. I had to ask her several times not to, as she continued to not be other foot. read more

I really like the work they do here. Peter did my pedi and he was great! He was patient, kind, and very detailed. The only reason why I do not give this place the 5th star is because there is a young lady who is always rude, she pulls my toes really hard when she does my pedi, drops the nail polish remover all over my legs, she pokes really hard with the tools (painful hard) and overall she just had a bad attitude. I come here pretty regularly so I definitely did not make up my mind on one visit. I will definitely say no to her next time. Something negative always happens with her that ruins my experience and her station is always really dirty. If you come in, ask for Peter, he is the best! read more

4 people with reasonable prices all together, two of us had some intricate designs and they executed them perfectly!! we are in love, everyone was so nice and they really took good care of our nails!! would definitely recommend read more

I came here as my pre wedding treat to myself and unfortunately it was the worst pedicure I've ever had. The guy doing my nails didn't even offer the types of pedicures. I was going to ask about them but when he started to do the "massage" on my legs he was leaning over and his hair was touching my feet. It was so uncomfortable I just wanted to get out of there. My manicure was awkward too I was getting it done during the pedicure and has to really awkwardly put my hand in the light. I wanted to do a design too but felt like I couldn't. It was not relaxing at all and I'm really disappointed I chose this place as my pre wedding choice. My finger nails look nice at least they did a good job with them. read more

My mother and I have been trying to get our nails done for 3 months... we had to cancel a while ago due to me being ill. I called 7 days in advance to make an appointment for July 3rd but was extremely disappointed with their service even though this is the only nail salon I like. I will not be returning and my mother will not be returning due to having to wait 30 minutes after our appointment time. They took walk ins though right away. Horrible experience. Don't even bother making an appointment because they don't care read more

Nina is amazing, y'all. Trust. She's been doing my nails for over two years, and she is an incredible nail artist/technician AND she has a great sense of humor AND she cares about people -- customers and fellow coworkers. You should definitely get your nails done here. They are busy but not too busy for you, and everyone's vibe is really good. Recommend read more

I've been going here regularly for nearly 2 years - when we moved to the area. When I first started going there I was very happy with their quality, cleanliness and friendliness. But about 8-9 months ago something changed. I think they still do a pretty good mani. I do acrylics. The cleanliness and friendliness have seriously dropped. I went in today as a walk-in and felt like I was a total inconvenience. They were not even busy. I'm thinking I need to find a different nail salon to spend my hard earned $$. read more

Love Nina! The shop is so clean and professional and their prices are amazing!! Super friendly staff too!

Omg Peter is simply amazing. I show him a picture ANY picture and he matches is perfectly. It's super clean and everyone is so professional. He did a Burberry pattern for me by hand and the lines all line up! So many compliments. Picture is here but it's been 3 weeks so not his fault with the grow out. They were perfect when he did them read more

I have been coming here for a few months now and have seen Nina, Eric and Peter - all wonderful. If you're in a rush go somewhere else because they take more time than anywhere I've ever been - seriously their attention to detail is amazing. The shop itself is newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Prices are inline with other area shops or even a bit lower. Make an appointment because other people are finding this gem every day and they are busy. You won't be disappointed! read more

Made me wait for 15+ minutes before every appointment, which were all made days in advance. Acrylics cracked the first time I saw a new tech. Rushed and cut my cuticles and made my nails ache for hours after every visit. read more

The staff is so friendly and the salon is very clean and welcoming. I got acrylics with gel polish, and Eric was very meticulous when it came to both the shape and polish. He really took his time to make sure that I was happy with my nails, and I love them! I'll definitely go back regularly! read more

Had a really great pedicure experience here. The massage chairs look new and are really comfortable. All of the tools that the technician used came out of a fresh packet from the autoclave. Large color selection. read more

They do great nails, I will give them that. But how long are you willing to wait for great nails? They absolutely don't respect your time. I went there for a year and only one time, they got me in on my appointment. I always made appointments in advance and waited a hour to hour and a half. It's so disrespectful. If you value you time. I'd pass on this place. read more

I went here with my daughter today and the place was great! We didn't book an appointment but they still made sure to get us in. The customer service was very welcoming and nice. The lady that did my daughters nails did an amazing job and it was exactly met to expectation. Her name was T and she was so sweet and made sure to take her time. We will definitely be coming here again! :) read more

First of all I would like to say that I wrote a review on google and they deleted it, which makes me wonder how many more bad reviews they've deleted. Instead of reaching out to me and trying to make the situation better they decided to just delete my review. I asked for off white nails. Off white I kept saying off white. I also showed the picture of what I wanted to multiple of the workers. They put a clear coat on my nails instead of off white so I asked for an off white not clear. She told me they only had off white for acrylics which I'm not sure why they didn't tell me this from the beginning. I'm just really upset because this is my favorite nail place but normally Peter does my nails and he is the only one I haven't had issues with. The picture on the left is the color I got. After she did the clear I asked to just do a different color and the color I picked out was white with a tint of yellow. When she put it on my nails it was orange. My nails were supposed to be off white and they were neon orange. She clearly knew I was upset and didn't care. Also I did peel them off that's why the middle finger is kind of peeled. I guess they only care about a dollar amount rather than making sure their customers are satisfied and got what they asked for. I peeled my nails off while I was waiting for my friend and they were just pointing at me about it and didn't care to ask if there was an issue and I was so upset. read more
