This was probably one of the worst doctors visits I've ever experienced. The front desk staff was…read morerude both times i went. My nurse was overly touchy and pinched my shoulder multiple times while talking to me. It was extremely uncomfortable to be around. She then decided to repeatedly lecture me about contraceptive usage and said "you're too young to get pregnant so stay that way" when i replied i had never been pregnant. It seemed so unnecessary to say something like that. Who know what I could've had in my past or if I was trying to conceive with a partner. Unacceptable. While taking my blood pressure, she kept talking to me in a way that implied she wanted a response, but kept telling me to stop talking. Come to Dr. Fox. I said off the bat I wasn't interested in an IUD, but she kept pushing it. To further her case, she mentioned multiple times that she has placed an IUD in virgins before with no pain meds and they did fine. Gynecological medicine needs a complete overall bc many procedures done are incredibly painful for women, but many are often denied pain medication or it's not even brought up. An OBGYN visit is already hard enough with the anxiety, not to mention the staff making patients feel uncomfortable and pushed to do something they don't want to do. Pick somewhere else to go

They are one of the only places I found that offers Prenatal massages in Greensboro, so when I was 8 months pregnant I went to see Ruth, as she is certified in prenatal massage. The experience was great and just what the doctor ordered! She also offers induction massages as well, which I had my eye on just in case! Most recently based on availability, I have come to see Dana, who has magical hands! Truly I have walked away from my massages at TOS feeling more relaxed and refreshed than at any other local masseuse. I highly recommend either Ruth or Dana at Touch of Serenity!

This new flu strain getting everyone is no joke and I like the matters they take to insure people are safe and transmitting will be at a minimal. Pro tip: They put a lengthy disclaimer on their site for directions. Do not be alarmed, they want to make sure you get there but I assure you, just click on the address they give you and the GPS will take you 95% there. When you get to the cul-de-sac, you'll see where to turn and they put a convenient sign showing which side of the building to go to. It's simple! I had an NP Well Woman with Celeste Sitton, APRN-CPN. I was immediately put at ease with the young attending nurse who was very friendly. Celeste continued with making me feel at ease, she was very friendly, easy to talk to, and she explained everything, what she was doing and why. These are a really nice group of people, and I am so glad that I was sent to this location, and to Celeste. Celeste is the best!

I am amazed at how easy it is to have open conversations and getting real information not just a booklet. With my second child, I feel more confident than ever. Getting to know each doctor has been crucial to me in order to feel more secure after a traumatic birth experience. Doctors Berlet-Dach, French and Hobbs have been amazingly relatable. The doctors are able to show simplicity and advanced knowledge on each question I had, each conversation added such levity to my appointments.
