I was given two items from this bakery as a gift couple days ago at a local live music jam & !!!WOW!!! Both the sandwich style sugar cookies AND the cheesecake was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Excellent job to this baker! If any of their other products are as good as those we had, this place will definitely be producing tasty eats for a LONG TIME! Thank You Nest & Nibble!! They have a great variety of regular treats, and they have a wide selection of gluten-free treats as well. The treats are made with natural sweetener, such as honey or the banana bread that I purchased was sweetened with the bananas. We were there just before closing the first day and we got the blueberry pie and banana bread. They were incredible! I can't stress how delicious they were. The service was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere inside historic with cool little seating areas. We went back the next morning for more. There was a line as the locals seem to love this place as well. This time we bought all the blueberry pie, three slices of banana bread, three gluten-free chocolate chip cookies, and a gluten-free lemon bar. They have regular of everything as well, if you're afraid of gluten-free. The best way I can describe it is that the blueberry pie tastes like blueberries and doesn't overpower you with sugar. The banana bread tastes like bananas and doesn't taste like a ton of sugar. Such good flavors! We met the chef and she talked about perfecting her recipes -working on them at home. She is a scientist and worked to get everything just the way she wants it for the bakery/coffee shop. As we were entering the first day, someone was exiting and raved about her cappuccino. Very friendly service today as well - we've interacted with three of the workers/owner/chef and all were very friendly and knowledgeable.
