Nemrut is a Turkish eatery turning out a fast food menu of kebabs, pides, and pizzas. The service here was super friendly for such a casual restaurant, and the portion sizes were unbelievable given the prices. The Plato Nemrut Especial came with chicken and beef döner meat, freshly sliced from rotating spits, along with a crispy donut-shaped falafel, and a salad of lettuce, tomato, onion, red cabbage, and carrots, all topped with a block of feta cheese. On the table came a creamy white sauce and a spicy hot sauce, which both balanced out and added great flavor to the kebabs and salad. I also got the Pide Kebab, a freshly-baked boat-shaped flatbread with a topping of mozzarella cheese and sliced kebab meat. The dough had a super chewy consistency, and the amount of meat on the flatbread was super generous. Overall, the food here wasn't necessarily the highest quality and was on the salty/greasy side (typical of a kebab place), but the flavors were on point, and the service and value were definite highlights! read more
