But we kinda know it happened today or last time I was there, but they did offer to buy a new stud and I bought a hard to find stud cap so got the new parts! They are not certified to do the repairs so I will have to take to Toyota or do it myself and repair it but if Toyota does it it will be just under $100 for the labor! It was expected at some point as it's common so I didn't push for more maybe I should have but whatever!

Truly great service! I was nervous to have work done on my…read morecar because I am a woman who knows nothing about cars and I was worried I would be taken advantage of. However, I was pleasantly surprised that this was not the case. I came in for a high pitched noise some of my family members noticed while driving. They looked at the car and told me this was due to the wheel bearings on both sides of the car needing to be replaced, though it was worse on the right side. They replaced the wheel bearings on the right side first and I was pleasantly surprised when they called me back and said they had done a test drive and discovered that there was actually no need to replace the left side wheel bearings. They could've replaced both, even though one didn't end up being necessary to replace, and I wouldn't have questioned it. They did right by me by only doing what was necessary and saving me money, even if it meant they didn't earn as much from the job as first anticipated.

That was very nice because I did not want a patch on my new tire. Stopich oil (service)completely ruined a new set of tires for me in less than 8000 miles and then blamed me for the damage to the rear tires on a front wheel drive car. The car was very dangerous on wet roads right from the start and I payed for 4 wheel alignment, what a JOKE! long story short I brought the car to Tilberts and they fixed the rear alignment and stated it was WAY off and it was not my fault. I got it aligned + new tires through Tilberts and the car rides GREAT even on slippery roads. They also got me a good deal on tires that work great in snow.
