Then they fraudulently said that they fixed my vehicle, but it stopped running as soon as I returned it home. It had the same problem as it did when it was taken in to these horrible people. I even had to pay for towing charges to get my vehicle to them. They claimed later that they would guarantee their work and tried to say that their warranty company would pay for their bill. We contacted the warranty company and they claimed that they would not cover non guarantee work costs. Vehicle is still dead in the water while they continue to lie to my credit card company for over six months. DO NOT FIND OUT THE HARD WAY, LIKE MY FAMILY HAD TO!

I was nervous taking my 1978 truck anywhere, especially since it was running pretty bad. I had no clue what was wrong and after I ran it bone dry on gas (yes, i know) it wouldn't start. Shout out to marquette detailing as they towed it to south side's shop. I got a call the SAME DAY saying they looked at it and it just needed A LOT of tune ups. IT WAS READY LATER THAT DAY. Literally where else?!?! I know stuff like this depends on the issue, part availability etc but holy cow was I excited. I attached a picture of my invoice for anyone who is curious! The total was $656.88 Although obviously expensive and hurt my wallet, as soon as I started my truck, shifted into drive, and stepped on the gas, I knew they fixed the issues. My truck struggled going up hills (hard to drive in MQT) but now it runs SO SMOOTH. They also have an after hours pick up spot for your keys and it was very convenient, as I worked late that day. From the moment I stepped on the gas I knew they fixed it. But we kinda know it happened today or last time I was there, but they did offer to buy a new stud and I bought a hard to find stud cap so got the new parts! They are not certified to do the repairs so I will have to take to Toyota or do it myself and repair it but if Toyota does it it will be just under $100 for the labor! It was expected at some point as it's common so I didn't push for more maybe I should have but whatever!
