My daughter did an ACT prep course here this past summer and had a great experience. She loved the instructor and gained 5 points on the post test! She never complained about having to go and was able to attend a makeup class when she missed a day. We definitely recommend that course and plan to use their services again as we prepare for college in 2020. read more

Don't go here. She will charge you too much, then sue you for exorbitant amounts that you have already paid. We owed her $2,000 and paid it, she then changed the documents and claimed we owed her an extra $2,500. Deb Nelson is rude, selfish, and took advantage of me and my family, knowing we were already in debt due to my having surgery. Pity I can't rate this negative stars. Terrible person and business. Too bad I'm in college now with a 4.0 GPA, when Deb Nelson told me I was stupid and would never graduate high school. read more

A very bad experience with the owner Deb Nelson. My son, who has a learning disability, didn't receive one minute of tutoring. He was not ready to start the program as he had anxiety about starting a new school and it was overwhelming to start everything new all at once. The owner suggested waiting to initiate the start date promising to work with me on this. Once it became clear that he wasn't ready, I notified her that it wasn't going to work. I asked for a refund of the initial amount I prepaid for since no services had been used and I took her verbal promise to "work with me" on good faith. She refused to return my money or even a portion of it citing her contract, which I had signed. Maybe it makes me a naive consumer, but as a mom who is looking for a supportive partner in tutoring for her child, I should not have believed that the understanding and concern expressed verbally is anything but lip service from this business owner. My experience was very negative. Buyer beware. read more
