The first day they also left for an hour or so to "get parts" and his employee also cut her finger. I was billed for every second of that day. I also had to walk them through troubleshooting a problem with the project, so much for "master electrician". I did this from my bed where I was using my oxygen concentrator since I am disabled. They were going to need to come back to finish the project and said it would be a couple of weeks so we exchanged numbers and agreed to schedule something later. 5 days later they show up unannounced and continued the project. This included another trip for "parts". Again I was charged for every second. When they were done there was a problem with a porch light that was due to his work. On the day he was supposed to come back to fix it I received a call from him. He was going to come out if I wanted him to but I was going to have to pay for it. At this point I said something very rude to him and hung up. BEWARE!

Since I was new I was put on their list. After 3 weeks I called to ask if I moved up on the list. These calls were left on an answering machine and Donna returned both calls in a timely manner. She finally told me they would not be able to help me. Since I am new to the area I asked who else I could call and she refused to give me a name. I am happy they have more business than they can handle, but it is a terrible and unwelcoming to the community. I would never recommend them and I tell everyone I run into about them.
