I have to first start out by saying the employees know (pretty much!) everything there is to know about the plants they sell. The area, sun/shade preferences, temperatures it should be in, how many times it should be watered, what fertilizer to use, etc. They come up to you before you even know you have a question about something - that's how ambitious they are! The parking lot is always packed full of people - so it does seem like they're low on parking spots. Good news? It's always busy and business is great! They have a wide selection to choose from -- from house plants, plants for the office, to outdoor plants! The thing I like about this specific garden center is that it's a cozy atmosphere to shop at for easily an hour. They have lots of garden decor and fun flower pots to buy, shelves of them actually! There's an assortment of trees out back, along with plants you normally put around your house, a variety of potting soil, hanging baskets, bird feeders, you name it! I feel like I'm bringing home a few plants every week from here, and I have no shame! They easily spruce up your living space and make you happy. It feels like it's become a small hobby of mine to monitor and make sure they're thriving. Don't worry, the staff is all wearing masks and respectfully stand at the proper distance while assisting you. Did I mention how nice they are? One last fun fact is that they have a loyalty points if you set up an account with your phone number at the checkout. It's already saved me some money, while staying loyal to them as a customer and always coming back!

I really loved the bird houses. The outdoor plants were in the back of the store. The staff was really helpful. They have a cat who was super cute. In my next visit, I will visit the section in the back with the bigger outdoor plants.

I never left with unanswered questions. The staff has always been great, friendly and helpful. In November of 2024 I needed a new liner for my pond. Pond Country sent someone to access my pond and give me an estimate on the rebuild. I was tired of repairing my mistakes so I wanting a fully reconstructed pond. I cannot express how satisfied I am with the reconfiguration, the design and the size of the pond they built for me. It isn't just a pond, there are multiple waterfalls, streams and fountain features incorporated into the streams. I tell people I do not have to go on vacation, it is in my backyard in the safety of my own property. It is absolutely gorgeous, every aspect of the design and the final result of my pond is astounding. If you want it done right, hire a company that has been doing this for almost 30 years. Their dedication and precision to detail goes above and beyond what I expected, but I certainly appreciate all the hard work that went into my backyard oasis.

Again they built a beautiful pond but do not count on them to service your pond after it is installed. I spent 75,000 dollars with them and feel like I was lied to. They specifically sold me on their maintenance packages. My pond is now full of algae and I am having a hard time finding someone to service it.

I've stopped by this Sedgefield a few times in the summers to refill propane tanks for my grill…read more This time though, was in the winter. With serious winter weather in the forecast, we had serious concerns about losing power, so decided though we don't typically use the grill in the winter, we better have the tanks ready so we can cook if need be. I went over the morning before the storm, but was told I was too late, and their tank was already empty. But they said they had a truck coming around lunch, and took my name and number to call when it arrived. Sure enough, a few hours later, I got a call, and headed back. By the time I arrived there was a short line of people waiting, but they worked quickly, and kept the line moving. Pricing was very fair, in fact, much better than swapping tanks, as I've found the few times I saw them, they are not really full. When Sedgefield fills the tank, they fill it to 100%. They account for what is already in the tank, when they fill no games, no scams...you pay for what you get, and their pricing is $4 a gallon. Would certainly recommend to anyone, and will certainly give them future business. Not just for propane, but also for mulch or gravel when we do some landscaping work in the spring. Always good to have an honest business to do business with.

You used to be able to stop into any Home Depot and find someone in any department that was knowledgeable and willing offer help or suggestions. Now when you go, good luck finding anyone, let alone anyone that will be able to help you. I typically find myself leaving this store very frustrated, and instead relying onto YouTube to find the info I need for what I'm working on. That being said, the store still does carry most anything and every thing you'd need for home projects, so if you know what you need, what you're doing and how to do it, this is a great place to pick up your supplies, just don't go in hoping ti get help

Three days later, I called & was told "we have this posted about no returns/exchanges". I did not see it nor was told nor received a receipt for the over the phone purchase. I should never have accepted the plant, but was in a hurry that day. I can't believe they would not do an exchange 3 days later when it was still in the pot. I will never order again from them. No wonder their business seems little off from years ago.
