Doctor Nelsen takes the time to explain what is happening to your body. He seems genuinely concerned about you overall health. His office staff is friendly and motivated. Going to Nelsen Chiropractic is not like going to the doctors but instead like visiting with friends. read more

Dr. Nelsen is the only doctor I look forward to visiting!!! He and his staff are always very friendly, helpful and gentle. I started visiting Dr. Nelsen to help with headaches, and his care has helped decrease the number and frequency of headaches that I suffer from. Also, anytime I have another problem that has been bothering me, Dr. Nelsen takes to time to check out that area as well. His treatments have helped with headaches, along with back/hip pain, shoulder and elbow pain. I highly recommend Dr. Nelsen and his great staff! read more

Dr. Nelsen and his staff are very caring and friendly. They can answer your questions and concerns in a professional manner. Dr. Nelsen has helped my husband and me tremendously and discovered some conditions that our former chiropractor never caught. We both feel so much better and thank him and his staff for helping us. Dr. Nelsen, is a wonderful chiropractor and a great person. I have been seeing him for 8+ years and he has made my life so much better. I am pain free in my back and hip unless I go out and overdue it to much but he is always willing and accomodating to get me in for an appointment when needed. read more

Dr. Nels Nelsen is originally from the Gulf Coast of Florida. He completed his Undergraduate studies at the University of Florida and his Graduate Studies at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. In 1999, Dr. Nelsen further advanced his education by obtaining his Postgraduate degree in Chiropractic Neurology from New York Chiropractic College. Dr. Nelsen is the only chiropractor in Goldsboro/Wayne County that has a degree in Clinical Nutrition. He is also the only board certified Chiropractic Neurologist in Goldsboro/Wayne County and is very passionate about helping his patients live pain free. Dr. Nelsen is a member of the North Carolina Chiropractic Association and an honorary member of the Sunrise Kiwanis Club of Goldsboro. He takes great pride in the work he does and loves being able to help his patients achieve total body wellness. Dr. Nelsen has practiced Chiropractic Medicine for 25 years, 23 of those in Goldsboro, North Carolina. He is an avid fisherman and enjoys the North Carolina coast with his wife Connie and their two children Quinn and Summer.

I mentioned I plan to purchase my glasses online and the doctor preceded to " lecture" me on how I am breaking the law.
