While there were a few things that were missed (they were not things that I expected to be done in the first place and she did other stuff that well made up for it) they were things I was easily able to do myself in a few minutes. The prices are also very reasonable for the services provided...I called MANY places and other companies wanted over $200 and did not include windows or sliders (and I have 3 large sliders that were a HOT mess). I will be calling Two Sisters With A Mop to come out every 2 weeks to keep my home spotless :-)

I provided an email with the dates and times we needed the cleaning service to go into our place and Sanders confirmed back via email stating they WILL be there and will take care of the items I requested. Fast forward a month, I get a call from our tenants saying our place was beautiful but the place was NOT CLEANED! Nina's never showed up to do the job! I called Sanders several times leaving a voicemail, I emailed him and I got NO response! Lucky for us, I found a woman who lived local who was committed to getting over next morning to do what Ninas should have! I sent Sanders a email asking him to please return our keys to our homewatch person as I no longer wanted his service, he returned the keys first thing in the morning but NEVER called to apologize or ackknowledge their shortfall! VERY unprofessional and quite frankly their lack of follow through and doing the job they promised ended up costing me more that the cost to clean as I had to make it right for my renters! They cannot be counted on unless you want to hold their hand and call a couple days before, the day of (like I did the first time!). I thought since I had an email confirmation stating "we will be there" they would be! There are so many other places that are reliable and much more organized. I was surpised I was able to leave messages as usually his vm is full and not accepting messages! Funny how their add says "We take great pride in our meticulous attention to detail" Really? where's the pride? meticulous? you didnt even show up. It was an embarrassment to have recieved that call and now my husband and I are left to deal with a situtaion that could have been prevented had Nina's showed some pride in their work!
