I took my venison to Neils and had breakfast sausage and baloney links made. I asked the employee if I could request less than normal spices and he said they would not deviate from their regular recipes. I had never had meat processed there and had heard good things about Neils so I said OK. I was so disappointed. The Baloney is OK at least its edible, the breakfast sausage is not. Its so strong the taste is terrible. I can buy sausage in the grocery store much better than that. They ruined my good venison. I will make my own sausage at home. I will never go back to Neils.
