The prices are reasonable and comparable to other salons. I had a paraffin pedicure, which was fine. The polish I chose felt like it might have been a little old or possible applied too thickly since it was still a bit gummy an hour or more after application. The cleanliness is questionable to me. I'm not a nail aficionado by any means, but I noticed my tech using the same tool that was just used on my mom who was also receiving a pedicure. My tech rinsed with something before using it on me, which didn't concern me because it was only used on my mother but imagine if it had been a stranger seated next to me. Isn't is customary and sanitary for each tech to have fresh tools for each customer? I didn't love it, I didn't hate it but I probably wouldn't return.

DO NOT GO HERE. Paid $20. for their "New, most expensive tanning machine". The girl working,…read moreLauren, showed me the button used to lower the top and left me in the room. When the lights came on the face bronzer didn't light up. I actually climbed out and told the girl the face bronzer lights didn't come on. She said "oh I don't know, they will..." and left. The lights never came on. I asked her for a refund. She rolled her eyes and said "We don't do that". I asked for a complimentary tan session. "We don't do that". I asked her who the owner is. "We don't give out that information". Now I know why. She told me to leave my phone number and the owner would call me back. I told Lauren if I didn't get a refund I would write a "scathing" review". THEN, about 15 minutes later I get a phone call from the owner, Lauren's mother. She was screaming that she was going to call the police on me because, she claimed, I put my hands on her daughter. I did not. These people are off the wall crazy. Then I find out they were charging my friend's credit card without his permission. Not only is this place un-ethical, machines are broken and they won't, obviously fix them, and they are trying to deflect their ethical responsibilities onto me by threatening to lie to the police.

I thought it was standard for the salon owner to do the brides hair, so I was surprised when seemingly the newest person there was doing my wedding trial. She barely listened to what I wanted, took a 20 minute break to do her friends eyebrows in between, and had to have someone else finish my hair because she couldn't figure out how to bobby pin it. I had only asked for half-up hair with loose curls and I was there for over an hour and a half. But there's more. The person who was supposed to do my makeup was a no-show that day, so instead of telling me they proceeded to try to do my makeup-- a complete disaster. They used my personal makeup because they didn't have anything to match my skin complexion (everything was orange), and the mascara they handed me for me to apply myself was empty. Again, luckily I had my own. They weren't even going to apply lip color until I asked, and they ended up using a random persons lip color that she ran out to her car to get. The most unprofessional salon experience I've ever had. Needless to say, I will not be using them for my wedding after all and would strongly discourage others from using them for anything important.
