Neighborhood Services in Fargo has been a far less than acceptable snow removal service for us. We live in a group of 4 town houses. We found out recently that they are friends of one of the residents. They do a great job clearing their area including their mailbox. Over the course of the last 3 snow events, they've neither cleared our mailbox nor our next door neighbors. We've both had to stop our mail, it's gotten so bad. Above and beyond that our driveway has been very sloppily cleared. The driveway in front of our garage has gotten so bad, it has become a gigantic icy speed bump. When my wife has called regarding the mailboxes they have only been rude. I'm taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.
